Amazing hotel, amazing staff”
I stayed here twice on my holidays. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice. They recognised me on my second stay and were very pleased to see me return. Rooms were super clean however I noticed the higher floor rooms were not as new and furnished as lower floor (requested for change which was easy) . Food was amazing and very clean dinning area. If cleanliness is your concern this place is for you as it is impeccable. Will be back in the following year

Beautiful hotel”
Very nice hotel with good service . Big, spacious bedroom. I love the bathroom with the long bath tub . Especially love the separated toilet . Make it super convenient for usuage especially for two or three pax . Only disappointment is the lunch we had at the chinese restaurant. For a 5 star hotel , the chinese restaurant looks bare and the food do not live up to the standard . Most items look different from the photos in the menu .

Staff Excellence: Staff very friendly and courteous looked after you all the time. Buffet Breakfast serving the widest selection of breakfast food, room after room of food Asian and western food. Dinner reasonably priced La Brasserie Seafood Dinner Buffet offering unlimited huge oysters, lobsters, crabs and offering drinks included, Wow. Bathroom was the best we were surprised at the outlay. Could not find a fault with this Hotel. Enjoy the hospitality.

I’ve stayed at the Nikko for years and the standard never drops. I was wondering if post Covid it may have lapsed a little…. But sure enough as good as ever. Staff are amazing. Spotlessly clean. Great food. Luxurious rooms. Beautiful pool. It’s just got every thing to make you feel at home. I just couldn’t praise it more.

Absolutely brilliant staff went to the next level to be assist me in everything i required. I would highly recommend this hotel to all westerners they make you feel comfortable with fluent english staff and so respectful. Everything you can expect from a 5* hotel and more in terms of service. Especially when you take a club floor room. Only criticism would be the pool deck could be much nicer with a bar or restaurant. Highly recommended.
