Hotel location very strategic, walking distance to Bart station which very convenient for airport transfer. Room is big and very clean. Staff is friendly too.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS”
We spent 5 days at Hotel Nikko from December 24th till 30th after traveling for almost 3 weeks over three states. Hotel Nikko was our last stop for our road trip and it was the most accommodating place we stayed at. The service was excellent! i cannot say this enough, amongst ALL the hotels we stayed at, hotel Nikko at SF had THE BEST customer service we had ever experienced. There were so many people there who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay, our requests were accommodated and that our kids were comfortable and had everything they needed. They even switched up the menu a bit to help me out with my very fussy little eaters and would even bother to call to check about certain ingredients. Location wise- amazing! walking distance to all the major stores and great restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend this place to anyone i know visiting SF in the future. Thank you for helping us end our trip in such a wonderful way!

Good quality hotel in central location”
We stayed in a queen room with 2 queen beds (Australian double bed size). The room was spacious although for tall people it can seem small as the ceiling feels very low. The bathroom was large with a seperate shower and bath and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect in Union Square. There is an excellent Walgreens one block away. It stocks all grocery requirements as well as ready to go meals and a full pharmacy upstairs. It’s only a couple of blocks walk to the trolley which you can catch all the way to fisherman’s wharf or catch the tram to spider 33 . There is a great selection of diners and other food options around and if you want shopping then Westfield is just down the road. The staff at the Nikko were very helpful and a wonderful asset to the hotel.. I would highly recommend the Hotel Nikko.

We were grateful to find this hotel open during the COVID shutdown. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. We felt safe and enjoyed our night's stay there.

Great place in the City”
Pros: friendly staff, super comfy bed, mini fridge, comfy robs, bathtub, blackout curtains, great view (from floor 21), great location (we took a $10 Lyft to Davies, but walked to Diya for dinner and One65 for breakfast). Cons: no microwave, valet was pricey ($75 for less than 24 hours), room fan wasn’t very loud (maybe bring something for white noise), in room keurig had some gunk in it and we only had one coffee pod (thankfully we brought our own kettle and tea/coffee. Overall we slept great and we loved the place, would stay here again!

Great service and courteous staff!”
This hotel is amazing, they have wonderful amenities, clean and updated rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is located in the center of shopping areas and restaurants and easily accessible to public transportation. The only part I didn’t like was the amenity fee and cost for valet. The rooms are on the higher side and therefore should include the amenity fee. Other than that, our family had a great experience here.

Nikko hotel is the nicest, most convenient hotel in the neighborhood . Great for shopping on market st. Cable car available and also close to Bart . I love pampering myself and staying there.

A "Swimmingly" Good Time”
My husband and I took our 3 grandchildren, 4,6, and 8 to the Niko Hotel as part of their Christmas. We went to the Museum of Ice Cream, Panda Express for dinner and back to the hotel and went swimming in the fantastic indoor pool. The kids had a blast. Back to the beautiful room on the 22 floor to snuggle in the super comfy beds and watch a movie. We had plenty of room for the five of us, even with the roll away. It was not inexpensive! Vallet parking $65, $40 for taxes and amenity fee, $30 to rent the movie, and $20 a drink for Nana and Papa. Breakfast was reasonable, delicious, and great service (very good children's menu) We created a special memory with our grandchildren, and that is what they call "priceless!
