Bathrooms were not the same which r shown in pictures... pillows were very dirty. Towels were also not that clean. Breakfast was just an average.

Hotel is Good to stay for a night only ”

There is high power cut in Pelling and there is no generator facility in this hotel. Therefore, hot water from geyser is hardly available. Manpower is very low as only two person dealing with kitchen, reception and cleaning and all. Hotel restorant, curtains, tables are very dirty and needs to be perfectly cleaned. Cleanliness is very poor. Rest ok…only a night stay is advisable.

No frills basic facility. Comfortable bed, big rooms. Room have a balcony. Though the hotel food is not up to the mark. Good view from room. Anyway not seeking anything more in Pelling
