We got a free upgrade for our room! Location is good! Around 5min walk to Kokusai-dori street! And 2min walk to train station. But the thing that impressed me the most were the facilities that the hotel offer: 1) free Okinawa soba at their cafe after 9pm (first come first serve) 2) they offer you 5 types of softness of pilllow and you can choose one that you like to bring back to the room! 3) they also have shampoo and conditioner for ladies to choose from the shelves and to bring back to the room to use! 4) they have kids corner too but not applicable for us as we dun have kids

Nice hotel and very interesting for the kids. They get to fill a small bag with sweets upon check-in, have all kind of amenities to choose from and the buffet breakfast is great! There's also free drinks and coffee with tables & chairs in the lobby, so you can also buy your own breakfast and have it there while the kids are in the playa rea! Only complaint was from my husband that there's no view from the room but I didn't mind.

Super Family Friendly Hotel on Kokusai Dori”
We stayed here for two nights at the end of our summer holiday in Okinawa. The staff are very helpful and friendly and take care of kids with lollies, kids ammenities, pillows and even prizes. Sadly because of a typhoon we weren't able to enjoy the pool, but found the location very handy, especially to the monorail to get around and directly to the airport. If you have kids - they will love this place.

The hotel is on the end of Kokusai Dori Street surrounded by restaurants and other amenities. Room might be a little small for 2 adults and 2 kids at age of 2. Too bad that kid play area is closed due to COVID precautionary. Hotel offers coffee and tea at lobby and free 5 diapers per night. Staffs at the hotel is super helpful and friendly - they are the best. Breakfast is wonderful also.

We stayed at Hotel Ocean for 6 nights in 3 rooms. The rooms have all the needs and clean. The hotel is in a wonderful location, walking distance to Kokusai Street. Staff: Staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff booked for us the taxi as we were leaving early in the morning. Breakfast: Breakfast was fantastic, great selection and a high standard including a juicer where you can make your own healthy fresh juice combinations. Checkout: Fast checkout, the checkout process barely took us 1 second, just need to return your room card to the counter staff. Lobby: 24 hours café lobby provide free coffee, tea, juice and plain water. Overall, it was a perfect experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Really Recommended this hotel!! The Staffs at front office are so helpful and friendly.We asked their help for direction.They urgent helped to find the info and tried to explain us in English.Appreciated in their kindness, polite, patient and helpful.The hotel is situated in good location for shopping,transportation and eating as walk 5 mns to Kokudai Dori Street.We took a monorail from the airport to Asato Station or Makishi Station and walked to hotel for 200m.Recommended to buy the monorail 2 days 48 hours unlimited rounds YEN1400.From hotel, you can take bus number 120 to American Village and Tomari Fish Market.Or you would like to buy 1 day tour from Jumbo Tour Company to Aquarium, Mansamo Cape, Pineapple Garden,Taro Dessert Factory,Kuori Beach then they will pick you up at Hotel Royal Orion where is in front of Hotel Ocean.

very child friendly, diapers and wipes provided, candy house and playground for the kids, my toddler enjoyed himself very much wide variety of shampoos and pillows to choose from free delicious soba for supper and good range of drinks to choose from the common area staff is friendly and speaks good english breakfast is affordable and has good variety of okinawa dishes, except that some of the warm dishes were quite cold actually location wise, it is just 5mins from the monorail and the main shopping street, with lots of eateries and convenience stores nearby overall a very pleasant stay and i highly recommend this place

The hotel provides many comfortable and intimate stuff for the parents with kids, including play ground and small but interesting toys. Of impressive, the hotel provides a 24h and free drink bar including Awamori, a local distilled beverage and a really Okinawa style breakfast. Overall, the room is clean, the location is very close to shopping stores, local markets and restaurants.

Arrived in the evening and had a great time in their small bar - enjoying Okinawa 🍜and the Okinawa alcohol awamori 😋. The breakfast was very good as well. I wonder if Japanese people drink alcohol at breakfast time.(they have 4 different degrees and different original of awamori). The only thing I wanna complain is that I didn't use their toothbrush, but I didn't get the bitter melon seeds as they promised. Doside?? :))

It's close to Monorail station, shopping area and local restaurants, so it's very convenient. The lobby lounge offering free drinks and nice toiletry products make one's stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet provides food less than I expected but it's also good with local Okinawa style. The restaurant has good view of the city as well. The car park is 1000Yen per day but it's an interesting experience. It's good value for money and I will choose it if I come to Naha again.

The hotel may not be the newest hotel around. However, Its clean and cosy enough with all the necessities provided for. A pillow counter for travellers to pick their additional pillows. A shampoo counter for travellers to pick their fav jap brand for use. Free flow drinks & okinawa soba daily. Staffs are helpful, friendly & polite. Location is good. Near to makishi station, kokutsai street & 20 mins car ride to airport. Do not expect a 5stars hotel standard here.
