Can't communicate”
Agoda should only offers hotels which staff are able to communicate in basic English. In this hotel, it was a total no. So much time is wasted trying to make each other understand each other. Even when you tried to use Google translate and show them the meaning, they explained to you in Japanese! Can't ask for anything, can't tell them our needs. It is basically accept the room and sleep in it, regardless if you like it

老舗の温泉旅館ですが、おおむね満足でした。食事も、事前に期待していたより美味しいし、温泉も良かったです。特に、朝食は混み合うので、早めの時間を指定すると良いでしょう。お米については、地元のこだわりの米や、大分の特別栽培米を取り寄せて提供しているので、たいへん美味しく、自信があるようです。部屋は本館（旧館）でしたが、ふつうの温泉旅館です。特に大きな不満は感じませんでした。
