One of the best location in Tenjin Area”
The hotel location is one of the best around there. You can access easily to the main subway station Tenjin via underground shopping and restaurant street. However, the room is not so big, if you request the extra bed for 3 or more persons like family use in a room. The bathroom and amenity is well-organized and acceptable level compared with the regular casual hotel in Japan. It seems that the room (whole accommodation) was renovated recently, because of owner changed.

Not worth the price ”
I made a reservation and had paid prior to arriving. The woman took 15 minutes trying to find my reservation. She was not helpful. Then the AC did not work. If you enjoy sleeping in 78” degrees this is for you.

Great location. It is near Tenjin subway around 300 m. Hotel is clean. Staff is good. It is near lawson and SHIN SHIN Ramen. Hotel has area to keep your luggage before you check in or check out. You can use CARGO PASS Airporter FUKUOKA service to pick up your luggage delivery to hotel.

Everything in Tenjin is within walking distance and easy access to Hakata, by 150-yen bus (as of 3. 2023), as well. Standard double room was not very spacious but just enough for two of us. The room has got everything we needed and a small heater was available on request. Super easy check-out saved us a lot of time! Great value for money. We are very happy with our stay there.

Stayed for 3 nights. Since this was my first visit to Fukuoka and Japan, I only had very little information. Even if I did check in late night (after 9:00 pm), the staff was very kind. As I travel by myself, to be honest, I did not expect spacious room. But when I enter the room, its space was large enough to accomodate two baggages. Room was very clean, they made the room clean every day, even I didn't asked.
