Staff speaks very bad English what makes it kinda hard to communicate. But we made it work with hands and feets and the use of Google translate. The staff is friendly and their breakfast is fine. The location is perfect though, because it is in the middle of the city center.

Verständigung sehr schwer, niemand sprach englisch oder Italienisch oder konnte den Buchungs-Voucher lesen. Zwei Zimmer incl. Frühstück gebucht und vorab bei Agoda bezahlt, aber nur eines erhalten und zu viert in einem Zimmer mit drei Betten geschlafen. Frühstück war dann plötzlich nicht mehr inklusive, wurde aber nach heftigem Protest kostenfrei serviert. Geht alles gar nicht!
