Need to consider when wanting to live near Yokohama station”
Pros: - Near Yokohama station, takes about 7 mins by walk - Staff is well-trained and can serve/talk in English - Room is small (and almost hotel room in Japan is small) but clean - Stayed 3 nights at the hotel and will come back if have chance to be around Yokohama Cons: - Although the room is listed as for 2 persons but the bed is just enough for 1 if you want to sleep well in my case.

Small but clean and well equipped room. If u travel with big luggages, the location is about far from Yokohama st but walkable. A bit pricey for this small room. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Very nice Hotel, good service, central location”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Plumm Hotel. It is a modern Hotel and the staff is great. All my problems were solved and questions were answered! The Hotel is also known for weddings but that is not their only focus. The location is very close to Yokohama station. On the map it does look further than it actually is. Ask at the Tourist Information - they provide you with a free map and usefull directions. The Plumm is the ideal Hotel if you want to spend some days in Yokohama (area). I had a single room. The size is Japanese Standard with small bath/toilet. All very clean and well maintained. Free LAN connection.

This was not my first stay at the Hotel Plumm, so there were no surprises, but no disappointments either. Both "design-rooms" and standard ones are available and they are all satisfactory. The hotel is at a prime location, with plenty of shopping and general city-life nearby and the walk to Yokohama station is an easy one, too. Extra convenience; two 7-Elevens in the same block as the hotel.

I wanted a clean and comfortable hotel near Yokohama Station for one night. I was impressed with the Hotel Plumm. Like many Japanese hotels, the room was small but I expected that. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet hotel at a very convenient location with very helpful English speaking staff”
I love that the hotel is just a short walk from the Yokohama station and that the staff at the front desk were so friendly and very fluent in English. I had a parcel of CDs and event ticket sent there before I arrived and they kept it safe for me. The lady who checked me in even volunteered to bring the parcel to my room when she saw I did not have a free hand to carry it. The room is standard size for Japanese hotels (which means quite small compared to other hotels in Asia) but it’s very clean and well equipped. Would love to stay here again next time I need to attend an event in the Yokohama area.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. there are few udon stalls just opposite the hotel and walking distance convenient stores in just less than 5 min walk. plenty of malls and other restaurants within 10-15 min walk. too bad, no free public wi-fi within the hotel and the guest room. we definitely will stay again in this hotel when visiting yokohama in the future.

Located close to Yokohama Station, so easy to reach, or to go somewhere, Friendly Staff, clean Rooms, good Food, although its in Yokohama, so you'll never really need the Restaurants in the Hotel as there are plenty of alternatives in the Area.

Exceptional”
Took the wrong way walking with luggage from railway to hotel and end up carrying luggage down a flight of stairs as we need to cross to the other side of the road. Otherwise hotel is about 6min walk from Yokohama station. Hotel provide some cable for phone. It is clean and quiet. Family Mart is nearby.

The Hotel Plumm turned out being a great choice for exploring the city..stores, restaurants and cafes close by in every direction, really. By studying the map when booking the hotel, i knew where the place would be found; conveniently located, near the station. This hotel also had friendly and helpful staff and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel had kind of different interior-features, with the different choices of colours and such, which gave the place it's own look and style. Recommended.

The hotel is located near the Yokohama station, around 5-10 minutes by walk and the staffs are very helpful with no problem in communication. The room is reasonable size and very clean. Generally, it is a good place to stay and will definitely come back again.

Super convenient hotel”
the location of this hotel is superb. it is only about 9 minute walk from the yokohama train station. it has many restaurants and night life only minutes apart. the location of the hotel is actually in a quieter neighborhood which is great because i don't want to see that many people day and night. near the hotel are couple of 7-11s, starbuck, and some fast food restaurants that open 24 hours at cheap prices. you can't beat the location of this hotel. the room itself is quite small, but i guess all japanese rooms are small. for the price i paid, i think it's pretty good. i would go back again if i stay in yokohama. the staffs can speak some english and very helpful. the only disappointing aspect of this hotel is there is no wifi. seems like there is no wifi anywhere in japan, even starbucks. better to bring a mobile wifi router with you if you planning to bring your ipad.

Room small but clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful. Plenty of eating places - two in the hotel - and more close by. 15-20 minutes walk from Yokohama Station.
