              Leaky ceiling in bathroom”

              There was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling, which made it unusable. Though we complained immediately and the staff came and checked, they could not fix the issue, or change our room and refused to even give a discount on the bill. We had to use our children's room bathroom on both days.

              Good Place”

              Perhaps this is the only place inside the city which has this ambiance and facilities. The restaurant and the bar is too good and the food, though almost all are North Indian cuisine with limited NE items, still sound good. Go for it.

              Was looking for a quieter place in Shillong”

              But got this location without any lawn - enter straight into the building and then into a room - needed to upgrade my room with extra money as the room offered had no window!!!! and too small for the family - although the title for the room was 'Delux'. The place was understaffed and took ages to serve vegetarian food... Overall 2.5 stars. Expected a better deal at this price point.
