Staff ignored and never helped preferring to talk on the phone and be on Facebook ignoring while I waited for help. pool filthy and only turned on to be clean as I was leaving. Breakfast was whatever they wanted to serve, no choice at all.

The room I got had no outside window. The beds have no blankets and they put the A/C to a maximum so it's actually freezing inside the room while it's hot outside. Nobody speaks anything else than Spanish and they make no effort to understand any other language. There is a swimming pool in the inside courtyard but I actually saw rats passing through the gutter while I was swimming there... For breakfast, I asked for tea and the lady had no idea what that drink was and the best I could get was "manzana té", an apple-flavored herbal infusion. The rest of breakfast is local heavy nicaraguaian breakfast with omelet, rice and beans but no fresh fruits. The place is very dark and unattended most of the times. There is no restaurant or no interesting place in a walking distance in what is a residential neighborhood. I had no other desire than to leave this place as soon as I could.

Vi var så nöjda att vi vid 2 gången i Managua valde samma hotell, där vi förövrig fick förvara bagage som vi inte behövde ! Nackdel med hotellet : de har ingen resturang , men lokal frukost ingår i priset ! Dock finns det flertalet rest. i närheten !!
