The hotel staffs were polite and helpful, they tried to explained to us in english in what we asked, we were very impressed. Our room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was quiet at night and during the daytime you can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. A great place to stay while visiting the churaumi aquarium.

Marvelous seaview”
Room is clean, seaview is marvelous. Staff are friendly. The room even provide wifi & 4g mobile to use for guide and international call (but SG not listed) & also can bring out. Beds and pillows are firm(that's important for a good sleep) Breadfast adequate, if more warm food and variety changes everyday would be better. Carparks ample, hotel location is near to multiple attractions.

I love this hotel after staying two nights there. First of all, there is a very nice sea view in the room. The room is big and clean. And the price is reasonable comparing with others hotel room with sea view and beach. The breakfast is good. We can play fireworks at their private beach. The staff are nice. However, there are two car parks. The one inside the hotel is small, we need to use the outdoor car park which is opposite to the hotel with five minutes walking distance. If you are not driving, it might be not convenient as no restaurants nearby. We drive 10 minutes to go shopping or dining. Overall, it is recommended!

Good hotel in Nago ”
This hotel has its own beach even those it is small. The room are decent with ocean view. I could not enjoy the beach as intended, as there was a Tropical Cyclone. The only complain is the parking as the onsite hotel parking is full which required to park my car across the road. During the tropical cyclone with rain and wind, i just got myself all wet after parking the car.

Big room with ocean view”
The exterior of the building looks old but the interior of the room is alright for a 3 star hotel. The room is bigger than expected. For a price like that, waking up to the sun rise overseeing the ocean is value for money. However, you need a car to stay here or else it is pretty inconvenient. Car park is 500 yen per night and you have to pay to use the pool, just like all Japanese hotels. There are also water sports like banana boats. Breakfast was not too bad as well.

Amazing Ocean View”
I lived in East wing, it's the newer part of Hotel Resonex Nago. Actually, the hotel is a little old, and the musty smell of the room is not very fresh. However, the ocean view is amazing. I recommend the hotel.

Super Friendly staff and nice beach!!”
We stayed one night here. Room is big, equipped with small kitchen and balcony that we can enjoy view of sunset. Beach in front of hotel is very quiet and private. Nice breakfast ,with very friendly and helpful staff!

Nice hotel but staff lacks warmth”
Nice beach at the hotel to swim at. Water sports rquipment also available for rental. Sand was fine and soft. Unfortunately, most male staff at the front desk looked uninterested and tired. Check in staff didn't even look at us when we checked in. Just mumbled on without caring if we could hear him. The 2 lady staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast staff were nice.

Good hotel - a bit far from everything.”
This hotel is nice - provided that you stay in the correct wing. One wing has wifi in all the rooms and is quite spacious, the other one - not so much. You are right on the beach so that is very nice, and has a spectacular view of the ocean. The biggest issue is how far away Nago is from everything. Most of the hustle and bustle of Okinawa is in Naha, which is a good 1.5-2hrs by bus ride. The bus outside the hotel has very bad timings, if you want to have better timings you need to go to the Nago Bus Terminal (nice walk or quick 10min taxi) Would stay here again if I had a car.

Fabulous and wonderful choice”
Really nice view when we stay in the room at high floor in east wing, we can directly see the sunset in our room. There is the beach right next to the hotel, however it’s not that flat as other famous beach in Okinawa. Overall, the hotel is not that far from Nago downtown, view is fabulous, and the breakfast is nice

More than what we expected”
This hotel is conveniently located in Nago, and you can easily find places to dine. We were shocked when we arrived at the lobby, but we were surprised when we saw the room because it has all of what you need plus an excellent view from the balcony.

It's just okay”
Perhaps I expected too much when I saw the picture of this hotel. The private beach in front of the hotel sounded WOW for me. But the fact is, SWIMMING IS PROHIBITED. the beach is only for fun sports like jet ski, banana boat, which is actually not bad if you are fond of those kind of things. I prefer to swim and snorkel so I was sort of upset. The room is incredibly huge they even have kitchenette inside of the room (no utensils though, not even plate and spoon). The room that I stayed in had a problem with the bathroom, the water leaked into the floor and it was a bad idea to fill up the bath tub with water. I ended up making a pool out of the whole bathroom. But they have this cool sauna and ofuro (Japanese style bathing) for 500yen (it's also included gym and squash facility!) which I found really good and relaxing. The ocean view from balcony is breath-taking. Afterall, if you just want to chill and relax, this hotel is not bad. But make sure you have a rental car because the location is very remote and you can barely find something in walking distance.

it's good price with the good view but the location is not good for the walking travelers ”
I booked it with very low price and was satisfied with the room condition. but there was a issue with the hotel when I check-in because they told me my reservation was cancelled. I never cancelled the reservation and it was already paid by my credit card so I asked them to check again 2 times more, (they just told me your reservation cancelled and sorry only..) Finally I could check in because they found out my reservation after checking for 20 min later. I don't know which part caused the cancellation issue , (from Agoda or from Resonex hotel) Anyway, need to make sure the reservation before you checkin.

Nice view but no room wifi plus other fees applied”
I was staying at Main Tower. No wifi at room and only available in lobby. Not free parking and it costs 500yen a night. Fitness room and Japanese style bathing are also not free for guest and cost 500yen. The Japanese style bathing is big with sauna. But the fitness center not allow to use your own running shoes, you have to rent it from reception (unless you really have an indoor sport shoes with you while travelling). If the above are not your concerns, then this hotel is okay as the room is big with balcony and very nice seaview. Just a little bit old tradition. The location is remote so it is good for travellers with car rentaly only. Suggest to book East Tower for better experience.

Stunning view”
Basic clean hotel with stunning view! Not a convenient place if you don't have a car. But receptionists are very helpful in helping organising taxi. Nothing much near by. Only one Okinawan style buffet restaurant open for dinner in main building. But if you are after a stunning view, this is the place.
