It was alright but Agoda management should be reminded to confirm my reservation with Hotel Rex prior to my arrival. Hotel Rex management were not aware of my reservation which I paid in advance using my credit card. They almost gave up my reservation. It was a good thing that there was a room available upon my arrival last 21 May 2014. Please communicate with management and staff more often with Hotel Rex. They also informed me that it takes a month or so before Agoda communicates with them on important business matters. Thank you.

If you don't mind a cockroach once in a while and some amenities not working properly then this place will be just fine for you, it really is a good location.

Poor hotel with good location”
It is an very old hotel and lack of maintenance. WIFI is there but no connection even right ahead of front desk, not to mention in your room. And I was told by their staff that there is impossible to get WIFI connection in the room even WIFI is working. I check out the next day even I have booked for 2 night.

the hotel will give you the opportunity to get a good exercise since you have to negotiate 3 floors before you reach your room. considering the rate you pay for your stay and its being located in the heart of the city, where everything you need is within your reach, you will not mind the minor incoveniences you experience during your stay.

heruntergekommen und vernachlässigt”
Alter WLan-Router mit losem Kabel muss wahrscheinlich noch 10 Jahre warten bis er endlich ausgetauscht wird, demzufolge WiFi ein Witz. Probleme ignoriert und als Gast teilweise abfällig behandelt. Abends wird von Einheimischen geraten, sich nich in der östlichen Nachbarschaft und Hafengegend aufzuhalten, da teilweise Lebensgefahr besteht.

帰国前に急遽予約”
帰国便の時間が早かったため、急遽旅行先で予約しました。値段相応の清潔感でしたが、立地はとてもよかったです。ホテルの目の前が7:00〜22:00まで営業しているLCC MARTがあり、必要な物やバラマキ土産など買い出ししやすかったです。ホテルビルの一階にファストフード店が入っており、朝食なども手軽に取れる便利な場所でした。エアコン付きのスタンダードルームでしたが、シャワーは水シャワーのみ。エアコンの効きは凄くいいです。 バスルームにGの死骸がありましたが、宿泊中は幸運にも出ませんでしたwブランケットにダニが居たのか、友人は所々刺されてました。 ストリートに面した部屋は窓から喫煙してる人もいましたが、それ以外の部屋の人は各階にあるテラス的な場所で喫煙可能です。宿泊客は、フィリピン人が多く、女性の宿泊客は見かけませんでした。 帰国前に一泊程度であれば問題ないレベルでしたが、女性や衛生面がきになる方にはオススメできないホテルです。立地はLCC MARTやパシフィックモールまで徒歩県圏内なのでとても便利です。空港までトライシクルで10分程度で、40〜50pで行けます。レガスピのバスターミナル（乗り合いバス）からホテルまでは、トライシクルで32pでジプニーだと5pで行けます。

スタッフは笑顔で挨拶してくれるが清潔感はあまりない”
スタッフは笑顔で挨拶してくれたり申し分ないのだが、部屋の室内廊下ともお世辞にも清潔感があるとは言えなかった。自分が宿泊した部屋はACなしのファンの部屋だったが、円以上の宿泊料は取り過ぎかな？と感じた。ただ、市の中心部にあるため、ロケーションは最高だと思う。

도착했을때 청소중이라 메트리스 커버 씌우기전 모습 보고 기절하는 줄 알았음. 진짜 더러움. 오줌싼 메트리스. 바닥만 깨끗하고, 화장대 먼지청소안 되어있고 화장실도 더러움. 그리고 내가 예약했을때는 케이블티비가 있다했는데 없는 방으로 받음. 그래서 립셉션에 말했는데 다음날 바꿔준다했음. 그런데 다음날 립센션직원이 바뀌어있어서 또 말했는데 나보고 돈 내라고 함. 내가 예약에 티비포함이었고 전날 직원도 바꿔준다고 말했다고해도 돈 내라고 해서 체크아웃시 추가로 200p 더 내고 티비있는 방으로 바꿈. 직원들은 친절하지만, 융통성 없고, 약속도 안 지킴. 좋은 점은 딱 한가지 위치가 좋음. 1층에 음식점2개있고, 맞은편 슈퍼있고, LCC몰 가깝고... 위치 빼고는 다 거지같지만...
