        Nice location”

        The hotel is at the very convenient location near to station. I am surprised that I can walk easily to JR Chiba Station and many shops along. The staff are nice and helpful.

        Good Location”

        Next to the hotel has a Lawson convenience store and just 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station. And with Onsen facility open until 1:00am.

        Nice stay clean room”

        The rooms are clean and comfortable and room size good

        It was a nice stay. Comfortable room. And room size not bad compare with some other hotels. Basement got a public bath room nice pool for bath. Breakfast was nice too. Very close to chiba town. Just 3 mins walk from chibacuo station. One stop away from chiba station which is the station take train to airport. Quite convieniant.

        Staff were very helpful and elped me book a room at another Route Inn hotel at Shibukawa even thougj I could not find rooms available on Agoda and other sites.

        人工温泉もあって疲れを癒やせる”

        ちょっと離れてはいるが、幕張のイベントのため利用。大きくはないが、地下には人工温泉があって足をのばしてゆっくりと入浴することができ、連日立ちっぱなしの疲れを癒すことができた。部屋は標準的なビジネスホテルで、狭すぎるという印象はなし。デスクスペースも十分あり、仕事もはかどった。ホテルの近所に飲食店はないが、隣がコンビニという好立地。京成・千葉中央駅までは徒歩数分、JR千葉駅までも歩けない距離ではないので、食事の場所に困ることもないだろう。

        可もなく不可もない。部屋のユニットバスは狭いが温泉がついている（女性のみフロントにいちいち鍵をとりにいくのが面倒で入らなかった）朝食付きの価格だったのか少し高いと思った。駅から近いので仕方がないのか…

        繁華街に近いです。”

        綺麗、静か、温泉。

        ホテルに駐車場があったのですが、結局停められず、歩いて10分の駐車場になりました。朝駐車場へ向かったら、周りが似たような景色で、結局30分もかかってしまいました。夕方チェックイン時には3台分くらい空いていたのですが、予約で満車だったのでしょうか？苦い思い出です。繁華街まで徒歩5分ほどですから、その意味では便利なホテルでした。

        程よい駅までの距離　風呂　価格

        今回も清潔感のある快適な部屋を用意してくださり、有難うございました。朝食もしっかり取る事が出来たので体調も良いです。風呂の温度が絶妙で疲れもほぐれるので、寒い時期にはこのホテルを優先に泊りたいと思います
