      Staff and bath are excellent!”

      This is my second time staying here, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They are not too formal or too casual, and they respond quickly to any requests. I am truly grateful for their excellent service. I also used the public bath this time, and it was very relaxing and satisfying. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Shizuoka.

      ガソリンスタンドとセブンイレブンとハンバーグのさわやかが目と鼻の先！そして掛川IC降りてすぐの好立地。駐車場は無料ですし、温泉は有るし、朝食(普通に美味しい)を付けてもリーズナブルなお値段は最強だと思います(^^) ここを拠点に車で観光する方には文句なしでオススメ出来るホテルです！

      スタッフは礼儀正しすぎるくらいで何かに怯えているような話し方が気になる。 裏で偉い人に怒られているのかな？ 近くに有名な「さわやか」があるので予約してホテルに戻って時間までつぶせる。 他は特にない。 買い物は車で５～10分くらい 朝食は種類がそろっているが、ベーコンはカリカリにしてほしい。脂で濡らしただけかと思った。

      宿泊することになりました。 部屋はキレイで防音しっかり！棒タイプのルームキーを刺さないと電気入らないタイプでした。 部屋は清潔でドライヤーのパワー、シャワー圧もよかったです！ ただ、朝ごはんがちと残念でした。バイキング方式なのにサーブが遅い。あとおかずの置き方が上下してるので気づきづらい。みそ汁のもやしにも萎えました。

      オートロックじゃないので、毎回鍵で施錠が必要。 　エアコンが集中管理されていてここ数日急に暖かくなったのに暖房しか使えない！ 　隣の部屋の声や物事がまる聞こえで防音もレベルが低い。 　ルートインとはこのようなレベルだったのか？

      出張で使わさせていただきました。 まぁぶっちゃけ風呂入って寝て起きて朝飯食って、という出張における普通の用途だけですのでそれについては問題無しです。 ただ、今回7階の端の部屋でしたが、他のルートインに比べて少し狭い印象を受けました。 クローゼットは使いづらかったです。
