Great location, clean and efficient.”

This was my second stay at the Hotel Route Inn, Misawa. I find the place centrally located with the bus route right in front of the hotel. The staff is freindly and courteous, and will spend time trying to help you with transportation and directions even if you cannot speak Japanese. The room I had was small, but I am a penny pincher. Compared with the other Hotels I saw in the area, this one looked the best from the outside, and I think had the best location.

This hotel is right outside the gate of Misawa Airbase. The staff is wonderful. English is spoken and assistance to my business associate, (his first trip to Japan) was 5 star. The breakfast changed up daily with a very nice verity of food. The rooms are impeccable clean and nice in size. The beds are firm but comfortable. Internet is provided by lan line in the room. The wifi in the lobby is only if you have a SoftBank phone account. Which makes it challenging if you are using an Ipad to connect. Many choices of restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. I will most definitely stay here again.

i was in misawa visiting friends and the red cross folks. it was a good location and made my first trip overseas a good one. the staff at the hotel are professional, friendly, patient (esp with foreigners!) helpful and accommodating. the hotel is clean, quiet and well appointed-liked the compact room and furnishings. it was close to base, nice stores and a lovely park that had cherry trees in blossom!

Pleasant stay”

When staying in Japan keep in that rooms are not huge like most Westerners are used to. I needed a place to sleep and the room/hotel were clean. There are rooms that allow smoking, but the room I requested was smoke-free and it was! No lingering stale smoke smell, but only in the elevator. The bathrooms are small, but the water pressure and full size toiletries are superb. The only complaint or discomfort would be the bed. There is no denying the bed is STIFF... and the pillow is half-half regular/bean pillow. I was visiting friends near the AFB which is literally a 5 minute walk to the front gate. Local restaurants are delicious and wide array of menu choices in English (in some). Overall, the staff was friendly and the room was clean... Had me sold.

this place was just right. clean. good breakfast. right in front of the main gate. not always english speaking at the front desk... but there are other resources, especially on base, to seek info in english. would definitely stay again. (oh, the beds are much harder than U.S. people are used to... and the rooms are smaller. big whoop to me though)

the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs, and often went beyond their own convenience to help us. the room was relatively big and comfortable. restaurants are easily found along the road.

Long walk from Train Station”

Basically booked this hotel thinking to tour the city but it's just an American Airforces Airbase City so lots of American style restaurants and spent the night in hotel and walked to train station next morning after the reception said Taxi would be 10,000yen Bye Thankyou we said.

部屋は清潔で、過ごしやすいです。 WiFiのパスワードがエレベーター内に書いてあるので、部屋に置いてあるとよかったです。

ルートイングループらしく普通に良かった。大浴場あり・空気清浄機あり・朝食あり、また新聞紙サービスやロビーでのコーヒーサービスなどのサービスありで気持ち良くすごせた。 ホテルも手入れが行き届きスタッフも気持ち良い方々だった。
