Extremely cozy and thoughtfully decorated, near to public transportation, and extremely good service

Very clean and standard hotel, good for business travel. Not at all glamorous, but it does have hot spring pools and sauna. Location is a bit far from Ikarabi airport, but there is a direct bus two blocks away.

友人の婚礼の為、前日と当日に二泊しました。 2歳の娘と私とで二人での宿泊は初めてだったのですが、どのスタッフの方も娘に手を振ってくれたり、声をかけてくれたりと、とても優しく接してくださいました。 大浴場があったので、身体の疲れも取れ、温泉旅行に来たような気分を味わえました。 また近くに来た際にはこちらに泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

何より、満室らしかったのに禁煙ルームに変更していただき感謝しています。母の検査入院が水戸でありしょんぼりしていた父が何十年振りに来た水戸に親子初めての宿泊でした。清潔で朝食も品数もあり、父が喜んでいたので100点です。

館内は掃除が行き届いており、キレイな印象。 部屋も良かったが、大浴場や買い物などでルームキー(カード)を抜き取るとエアコンも停止するため、室内が熱くなってしまう。 朝食バイキングは、各料理が無くなる前に補充され充実している。

対応が臨機応変”

禁煙で予約したつもりが、喫煙で予約してまった。 シングルの禁煙ルームが満室だったため、セミダブルの禁煙ルームに替えてくれた。 おかげで快適に過ごせましたので、 今後も利用したいと思います。 朝食バイキングは夕食並みで満足です。

禁煙シングルを予約していたのに、チェックインをした時に「喫煙の部屋｣を準備されてました。携帯予約の画面を見せたら、すぐに対応して頂けました。 シングルからダブルの部屋に変わっていたので、良かったです。 加湿器があったので冬の乾燥の時期には快適でした。

清潔感さ”

喫煙部屋に泊まりましたが前ね宿泊者の感じが残って無いくらい。清掃が行き届き部屋全体の清潔感がありました。清掃には好感が持てた。ただ大浴場があるんですけどお風呂の温度が高すぎて5分分も入ってられなかった。もうちょとお風呂の温度設定に配慮して貰えると良いと思います。

全部のプランに朝食がついてきますが、連泊しても飽きないメニュー感が素晴らしいと思います。 また、1階にとてもきれいな大浴場があります。ここの朝食と大浴場は、是非利用しなければ勿体ないです。 おススメです。
