Quaint but very useful”
Staff are a great help. Parking is affordable and safe in garage. The amenities are adequate. Beds are firm but doable. Centrally located near train station and able to visit a lot. Vivre Mall, amusement park, cable car and International port all within walking distance.

It's only across the street from a subway directing from Tokyo. The room is well maintained and breakfast is nice in a modern Japanese way. The public bath is a sufficient size and not so many people there. Overall, we love the place and will definitely stay here again.

The facility is too old. Noise comes from the AC all the time. Beside, hotel location is very close to the subway.

Overall, not bad. The breakfast is buffet style, and it was the worst thing. I do not recommend paying any extra money for the breakfast even one yen.

Convenient location to all major sightseeing ”
pros: 1. all major sightseeing places in yokohama can be reached by foot 2. practically two steps from exit #5 of the bashamichi train station with many good restaurants around. 3. exteremly helpful and friendly staff 4. reasonably priced 5. great breakfast 6. nice public bath on the 11th floor - great after a day of walking all over town cons: 1. really hard bed which makes it difficult to sleep 2. very slooooow internet connection. also, you won't be able to open any attachments because the hotel server treats it as a security threat.

Great location hotel”
The hotel can easily be access by the subway minato mirai line and walking distance to the major attractions of Yokohama like China Town and the Minato Mirai, and the Yamashita Park. The hotel itself is located in a very nice area in Yokohama with several museums and shops dotting the place. Breakfast was excellent which was included in the Agoda price, and the grand bathroom was also cozy and relaxing, and a plus. Would consider staying here for some nights again in the future.

Hotel and Breakfast for Everyone”
Check in is strict routine but it works so well. Early arrivals may leave baggage with safety and return about 2.30pm for 3pm check in. Staff are very professional and even though not a lot of English are extremely courteous and helpful. One staff member, M/s H. Yajima gave me map and marked the way to walk to Currency Exchange. The buffet breakfast in the dining room is excellent for both Asian and Western requirements. Continual replacement of hot food meant no one missed out. Plentiful salads and after breakfast tasties made it a feast. The room was very clean. I enjoyed a kettle to make my own coffee in room (I take a plastic jar of coffee) but don't fret as there is a free tea/coffee making facility on 2nd floor. Oh yes Wi-Fi free in all rooms. If I return to Yokohama I would stay here again. It really is a suburb of Tokyo.

Close to Minato Mirai but quiet surroundings”
Very comfortable business hotel where is conveniently located right at Basamichi Station. Walkable distance to Minato Mirai & Yamashita park. Close to major attractions at Yokohama. Though room is a bit small and bathup was not the most practical and hard to climb for eldery like my mother, the room itself is very clean and comfortable. Staffs are very helpful & accomodating. They speak decent English. Breakfast was very nice, a lot of variation though the room is a bit small, sometimes it barely could accomodate a lot of guests during breakfast hours. But overall, very happy with my stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Strategically located hotel”
It was very easy to spot the hotel. Its location is only a couple steps away from nearest subway station. The hotel is located right on famous local shopping street in Yokohama. Staff were very friendly and tried their best to serve us despite some language barrier we had. Breakfast was good, but better come early since the place would be tightly packed when all of their guests came down. Room is very clean and neat. Room size is quite spacious by Japanese business hotel standard.

If you don't like too busy area in Yogohama, Bashamichi is quite nice, you can walk almost everywhere from the hotel. The hotel location is good(1 mins walk from Bashamichi Subway) Nice breakfast and nice staffs.

Had a great stay at the hotel and given a choice would love to stay here again. Very close to Sakuragicho Station and walking distance to chinatown/yamashita park, pacifico yokohama and red brick house.

perfect to explore Yokohama”
It was a perfect stay in the middle of Yokohama. Many restaurants around, walking distance to China town and Minato Mirai. Hot spring in the hotel (from 3pm) very nice! Will come again!

Excellent Location”
Pros: * Big Bed * Free Breakfast * Great Location * Calling a taxi has no extra charge unlike other Yokohama Hotel Cons: * Check-in time is 3PM. Unlike other Yokohama Hotel. Check-in is 2PM. * Longest line for check-in. I paid in full via Agoda but I lined-up for about 40 mins. Queing is really bad. * Hotel staff cannot understand English. * No free drinks even water.

Great location but an average hotel/Inn”
The hotel was very easy to find. From Minatomirai subway line exit 5 to the hotel is about 2 minutes walk. The lobby is on the second floor, and the room was clean but a little bit old compare to other newer hotels. It is on a busy shopping street, and connected to a lot sightseeing spots. You will find supermarkets and restaurants easily around. In conclusion, the hotel/Inn's location is great but accommodation was average.

clean and excellent value for money”
I stayed one night. Hotel is a bit difficult to find as the entrance is not on the street of the address but it is near the subway station and close to Sakuragicho area. The room was tiny, as are many hotel rooms in Japan but the price was very cheap compared to similar hotels in the neighborhood. It was very clean and the staff spoke English pretty well. All necessities were in the room, so no complaints. There was coffee/tea in the room in addition to a coffee stand in the lobby for customers. There was also an onsen which I didn't use but seemed to be well organized. Good value for money.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room on the ladies floor was a good size and everything was very clean. I used the public bath twice. It was so relaxing. The buffet breakfast was filling and there was a good selection of food (not huge, but enough). Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed this hotel for Chorus concert next day at Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall. Because of good location near that hall, I wasted only a few minutes to go to the hall from the hotel.
