Very nice of all staffs ,especially restaurant staff .We late for dinner and we suggested to eat in room because didn’t want to make late off from work but they said didn’t mind ! Room is big but the toilet really very very small .I will come back next time.

The hot spring hotel is very good. When we arrived the exit, the staff already prepared to help us to carry the luggage and help us to park our car. The view of the room is face to the beach which is so relax when sit here watching the sunset. The meal has many choice and good taste. Moreover, the big hot spring pool are so impressive and make us feel so relax. They will change the men and women hot spring once a day, so you can enjoy different experience. I really want to stay more days in the next trip here.

Convenient transportation from 白浜JR station to hotel by bus which Bus stop in front of hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner; at dinner some of seafood just provide once. Good service at transportation. Nice staff.

annex is building next to the hotel ”
the room we booked was in the annex , or the building located next to the hotel and connected with a walkway. No shower room in the room, and we need to walk out through the walkway to the onsen in the hotel main building which is very inconvenience to us with small kid. the room is spacious and there is nice sea view right in front us, coz the beach is right in front of the building. The dinner and breakfast were in the main hotel building and the dinner is ok, breakfast is buffet style with good varieties of choices.

Great service and hotel by the beach. Hotel receptionist was kind and reminded us of the striking typhoon and helped us to book alternative transport. Room was spacious. Onsen was comfortable. Breakfast could be enriched to provide different types of food though

an old style japan hotel located by the seaside. all rooms can enjoy seaview and the hotel charge includes breakfast and dinner. it is easy to assess since bus stop is just erected before the hotel. in general although hotel facilities is A bit outdated by it us still worth to stay for holidays especially fit for family with childen

Staff n location are really good. Food (breakfast & dinner) is ok. The onsen relieves tiredness but not as stunning as other Onsen resorts. One big con is the basin in the room has a strong smell of sewage from the pipe whenever the water flows.

Jan 12-14 , 2019 Firstly i was brought to the extension building and when she open the room , it smells like no one lived here for at least 10 yrs. Smells rottenand everything ol . And i requested for private tub + toilet , the room only has toilet. After negotiating , they admitted its their mistake and gave us another rm 402 in the main bldg. Nightmare came , everything in the room was again old , torn and tiles in the bathroom have cracks . Its was noisy coz karaoke room was right across us and it closes at 11 pm. I was so paranoid coz this is not what i saw fm internet. Next morning my husband talked to the manager abt this and they agreed to change us to another room on 5 floor . ( mind you the breakfast room is right across us again but since we are leaving the next morning, it should be ok ) i had photos while we were in 402 and after you see the photos, im sure you will not consider this hotel. Location : great Staff : great Room : terrible ( more worst on the extension bldg)

Hotel Sanrakuso is at great location next to the beach. It is easy get to by bus, with stop right at the front door. The view of Shirahama beach is spectacular. The staff were quite friendly, even for those can't speak English, they did their best to address our needs. The food was delicious and well served. Down-side was the overall facilities are relatively old and worn.
