The hotel room was a great value!! The room was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities that we needed, and downstairs they had extra items like loofa, tea, and body lotion for free if needed. We loved the location just down the road from Tokyo Station. The hotel was very accessible and easy the find. They staff were very nice, and a lot of biligual information in the hotel.

Comeback for the 3rd Times”
Sardonyx is always on my mine every time if i remember Tokyo, this our 3rd time checi in within 3 years visit for holidays, Staff are very warm welcome us and they arrange our luggage has been check in to our room once we were check in back from our trip to Sapporo we leaves our luggage here and bring bag pack. WIFI speed is excellent and i love the shower pressure is make me want to stay longer, comfortable bed and huge space of the room, makes me kept come back, walking distance to JR station , Subway and Bus are so easy. it is an ideal hotel for business traveler. Location near to MRT station but not many sightseeing in surrounding area. Breakfast was OK, but you only can choose one of two set menu. Room is clean. Staff are friendly, but few staff can speak English fluently. Strick with check in time, it is 3pm, they can accommodate earlier check-in with extra charge

Room size is comparatively larger than average in downtown Tokyo. Room is clean, quiet. Bed is big and comfy. Train station entrance is just across the street. Essential facilities and amenities are there. Only downside is the internet is not reliable, occasional dropout from connection.

Hotel Sardonyx located near Hatchobori station which connected to two metro lines (Hibiya Line and Keiyo Line). at the lobby you can collect amenities from the lobby such as body lotion and even a bath salt. This hotel was also surrounded by many convenience store and also restaurant. We can still catch up to eat Coco Ichibanya at 23:00 night.

Excellent hotel near Tokyo Station”
Excellent hotel, appreciate the oranges/ amenities/ water dispenser at the lobby. One station from Hatchobori metro station, which in turn is one stop away fro the hustling Tokyo station. The walk from Tokyo station to the Keio line is quite a distance though Initially we wanted to take the taxi + limousine bus to Haneda from hotel (JPY 800 taxi, JPY 840 bus) but found out that Hibiya line goes to Haneda directly with 1 transfer from Hatchobori at Higashi Ginza station Overall a pleasant stay. Twin room big enough for 2 adults + 2 children. Pyjamas provided. Spacious room. Family mart across the road, Yoshinoya as well

Good option for Tokyo”
We had outstanding service at the Sardonyx. The staff was really nice and helpful — they helped accommodate our children in a bedroom with twin beds (we had booked a double bed for them by mistake) and helped us book restaurants. Breakfast was good value for money. The room was very spacious by Tokyo standards. The drawback was that the hotel was a bit far to walk to and from the main shopping street in Ginza (about 25-30 min).
