I stayed in this hotel couple years back, I liked the location, this trip I stayed 6 nights May 17 through May 23. I noticed their improvements. It is a safe and clean property. Breakfast is good, enough verity. Hotel associates are very friendly and helpful. I must mention the entrance attendant Farzana, she is great. I’ll stay again.

Very helpful staff, Comfort, Convenience”
The hotel is in a crowded location but very comfortable when you get in the hotel. Burger King and Pizza Hut are within walking distance. The buffet breakfast has very good choices. It was always fulfilling. The cafe on the 1st floor also has good food and coffee. I used their car service for my whole trip due to the difficult and dangerous driving situation in Dhaka. There was road construction on all the roads I passed by which were prone to accidents. The hotel's car service took me to the office and airport without any problems and with comfort.

The hotel building is old but clean enough. Friendly staff and the food is great. Location is very great but since it's in the middle of the city, there's traffic and you can hear the traffic sound from inside the room. There's also one restaurant staff who constantly trying to talk to me even though I clearly showed that I don't want to have conversation. He also constantly asking for review on Trip Advisor, even asking me to take out my phone and write the review himself.
