Very good property”

The best thing about this hotel is its location on Devka beach. The executive sea facing room we stayed in offered a brilliant view of the sea and the swimming pool. It was fun to watch the water movement during high and low tides; which exposes the rocky sea bed at times. The restaurant is good, food quantity is plenty, so order judiciously. Try the sea food at their Oyster restaurant. The beach park is at near vicinity, so are ample shacks of shoppers. The hotel arranges for pick up / drop to / from Mumbai airport on request. Very good place for stay.

Average Hotel”

We went during Holi festival to spend our week end at Sea Rock Inn. Stay was ok. Cleanliness was average but the staff was good and helpful. Overrated for the price paid for the trip.

# Spacious room but dimly lit. No full size mirrors, required by ladies. Old design furniture. # Good swimming pool- but no proper change rooms. Those 2 small rooms do not have any light and when closed it was pitch dark. No place to hang your dry clothes while changing in that dark room. # Ordered food quality was good. Break fast was nothing special, no juice. # Staff friendly and efficient. # The hotel premises was untidy. # This hotel has a great scope to improve.

Nice weekend break”

We took time off and were a group of 3 families who enjoyed a short weekend break. We enjoyed the stay and came back with pleasant memories. The food was quite good and was indeed value for money. We ordered Indian food for lunch and had Chinese in the dinner. And we enjoyed both - preparation, presentation and value. We will look forward to going back in future.

Average Hotel”

We had 2 days stay.Good hotel but not worth a 4 star. Basic things like news paper or tea maker were not provided in the room. The complimentary water bottle was not even of 1 ltr, a small bottle per person is not at all enough.We had to call house keeping at 12 pm next day for getting the room cleaned, which should have been initiated by the hotel staff itself. Locking the door was an issue too.Price is bit higher compared to basic aminities.

Bad maintenance & food”

Rooms were decent but seemed to lack maintenance. The breakfast buffet service was bad quality with no attention from the staff inspite of repeatedly checking them. There was some private party arranged for outside guest and all the staff were routed towards arranging this party due to which the hotel room guests were ignored. Stayed at the hotel for two nights but there are always better options nearby if booked well in advance.

Awful Experience”

I booked this hotel for 1 night, The check in time is suppose to be 12pm and even after me getting there post 1pm the room was not ready and I had to wait. I asked at the reception if the wifi was working as I had to work,and they said yes. To no surprise there was no wifi in the room, when i informed the staff at the reception they sent somebody to check and that man said that there is no wifi connectivity in this room. No body offered to even change the room for us, the only place the wifi would work was in the lobby area and it was very slow there also. The staff when questioned seemed to be least bothered about it. I was given access to the reception wifi but that too didn't work in room. The food was very average however the room service was very prompt. For the price I paid for the room I don't think it was worth staying there at all.. Over all with the attitude the front reception staff has towards people I say please stay away from this hotel as much as you can..

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I could not give negative reviews. First of all, I did not get the room that I booked and I was told that that room was going through maintenance and they are giving me cottage instead. A cottage wasn't a cottage, it was just a regular size room with a broken toilet flush. Food was completely awful. I am posting this review after 3 years. The reason behind that is nothing but It wasn't worth money that I paid. I left my email unread and kept on top all these 3 years to just wanted to review my experience. I don't think they would ever change but people just stay away from this place.

No Bath/Hand Towel ;Bath water could not flow ;bedsheet dirty ; Restaurant staffs too busy watching TV. WIFI could not work at lobby or room but given room WIFI DONGLE whcih was Ok. Porter not shy to ask for tips .

The pool was not ready for swimming when we got there. They served breakfast which was spoiled. They made fresh after we complained.

Et flott hotell ved en sterkt forurenset strand”

Vi valgte dette stedet først og fremst fordi vi var interessert i å kunne bade i havet. Ved ankomsten ble vi positivt overasket over hotellets utseende og fasiliteter. Desto større var skuffelsen da vi fikk se stranden/havet. Vi trodde nesten ikke våre egne øyne. Ved lavvann trekker havet seg langt tilbake og avdekker en strand full av søppel. Hotellene ligger vegg i vegg og avløpet fra disse går rett ned på stranden. Der renner det som bekker videre mot havet. Hunder og ravner fråtser i innholdet og stanken er sjenerende. Ved høyvann ser man at vannet er helt brunt av forurensning. Helt utenkelig å bade i dette forsøplete vannet. Myndighetene burde absolutt informeres og ordne opp i dette.
