I booked a non-smoking, with breakfast room for 2, but when we checked in I was told I booked a smoking with no breakfast room. So, I had to pay again for the breakfast.

I appreciated the proximity to JR Hamamatsu Station the most since it's the hub of a lot of activities. It also meant that there were plenty of eateries nearby and convenience stores as well. The room was clean and had the basic amenities available. Overall, it was a good experience for the price I paid. Recommend if you are staying for a night or through to a week even.

the room had an incredible view, however, if you are very demanding about the conditions of the room, you will be disappointed, the room is clean, but if you go into detail by the structure of the room, there was a beautiful patch in my room, it had a hole and paper patched wall.

First time in Hamamatsu for university entrance exams”
The staff were very helpful with my hotel reservation, and I was treated to a curry service on Tuesdays and Fridays. I was able to relax in my room the day before my exam. It was colder than I expected in Hamamatsu at night, but I was able to warm up in the large bath.
