It is a same standard of select inn chain I have been using. Unique part of this branch, you can walk on a canal pavement to railway station. It is grace for my introduction to a new city like mishima.

If you want to stay nearby mishima this hotel is a good option. very low price including decent breakfast and easy to go to the station. There is a bus route to fujiyama 5th station from Mishima Jr station which I took. and I recommend Sakuraya restuarant which sells the best Unigydong ever.

Good location”
My partner and I were travelling during Obon season, so there were not many options left for room choices, so we ended up booking a smokers room (even though we are non-smokers) and thought it would be fine if we just didn't smoke in the room - do not book the smokers room if you are sensitive to cigarette smell because it's quite pungent! Although there were many stains on the floor and the room was a little old, the main thing was the sheets and the towels very clean. We had the free breakfast which we weren't expecting to be amazing but it had quite a nice little selection including curry and rice, miso soup, little sausages etc. The location was about a 15 min walk from Mishima station, but you pass a lot of shops so it's not so bad, and there are some nice shrines close by. There is also a garden/park with a lake nearby that cost 300yen to enter and is a nice place to check out.

This hotel is excellent value for money and is extremely clean. The bed and towels were changed everyday and the room and bathroom were cleaned also. We stayed for 10 nights whilst visiting family in the area. However, the carpet was extremely old and in need of changing. The whole hotel is old and in need of updating but that would not deter us from returning.

Very well. You get a good view of Mt. Fuji from your bedroom window. Hotel Select owns a chain of hotels so you can expect a very professional attitude from the ataff. They served buffet breakfast which made it more convenient

Study some street view first. It's on the way to the station from about 45mins bus trip from Hakonemachi. Staffs are very helpful. We didnt take bfast, but they are provided. Nearby are 7-11, nice houses & nice people, 100 yen shop, etc. As usual in Japan, chk-in & chk-out are just in a matter of seconds. The next morning we left early. There are the Tozan buses (platform#2) going straight to Gotemba stn, as well as direct ones to the premium outlets - beautiful places along the way.

Great service, except we wouldn't have found the hotel if we hadn't had some friendly Japanese passing by on the street help us. The hotel street sign is NOT in English at all, so prepare by having a street view or the name in Japanese!

Facilities are quite old, but acceptable. Location is fair, it takes ~15 mins walk from the 三島 station, but attractions are nearby. Highly recommend the 100yen sushi shop with few mins walk. Food there are with cheap prices but good quality!!!

Excellent”
This was the cheapest place of our trip around Japan (and you could definitely tell) but for what we paid I would say it was excellent value for money. It was clean but we did find it a bit smokey on our non-smoking floor room (nothing too bad but definitely noticeable). We would stay again for 1 night but would pay more to go somewhere else if we were here longer than 1 night. Great for the budget traveler.

Parking space is limited, but there are many public parking nearby(700-800 yen) for overnight parking. Free breakfast has a good variety and really worth it. Overall, highly recommended.

Budget friendly”
The staff was very polite. The price was definitely cheap. However, it was about 20 min walk from the station. There were places to eat and a combini about 5 min away. Room was small, but not the smallest I have been in. The floor and walls were stained. At first it seemed dirty, but I think was clean, just very old and used.
