Really close to the station but there is nothing around the station like store or restaurants like many other train stations in Japan. The hotel was really old and my room was pretty dirty. There was black stains or mold on the walls. The rooms need to be refurbished. The breakfast was okay but not much variety and almost the same every morning.

Hotel is just about 5-mins walk form the Yaizu Station, not too close but not that far away. Staffs were happy to assists you in any matters! I asked them to help sending luggages to other cities, even though need a help adjusting air-con. They were supremly polite and have a service-minded. Inside the room may normal but it was clean and well-prepared, I stayed here 3 nights and happy to be here. Breakfast was a japanese -tradition menus, not vary but good taste!

Very basic accommodations with very old furnishings and no USB ports. Carpets and wallpaper are torn and damaged. Double room is spacious enough. Pillows are ok but beds are not comfortable. Very close to station so that’s a plus. Semi double room is too small for 2 people.

お部屋はごく普通のビジネスホテルという感じで、お部屋に電子レンジも無く、LANケーブルが死亡していたり、突っ込みどころはありましたが、スタッフの方はみんなカンジが良く、朝ごはんも美味しかったので、また利用したいと思います。

駅近で料金も安くて良いけど、建物が少し古くて部屋の内装も、ちょっと老朽化してる感じが見受けられた。防音性も、ちょっと・・・！(他の部屋の物音が気になる) エアコンも余り効かない感じ！

部屋自体は古い感じですが、スタッフの対応が良かったです。公式ホームページに夜カレーが無料提供されるとのことだったので、言ってみたら、アゴダからの予約では食べられないと言われ残念でした。種類は多くないですが、朝食は美味しかったです。

焼津駅南口から徒歩５分以内と近く、ホテルも黄色でわかりやすかった。 築年数を考えれば部屋の内装等汚れはあるが低価格なのでしょうがないと思って気になる方は宿泊してください。 スタッフの挨拶等対応はよかったです。 あと、朝食の出しちゃ漬け風の、ねこまんまをおいしくいただきましたが、おかずがもう少しほしかったです。

部屋自体やバスルームは、決して清潔とは言い難いですが、ベッド・シーツは睡眠を摂るのに十分快適です。朝食は必要十分で、種類は多くはないですが、ビュッフェ形式なので、お腹が満足するまで食べられます。お風呂の湯は熱くて湯量も十分に出ており、湯船にお湯を貯めるのにも時間がかかりませんでした。湯船は深めで肩までしっかりとつかり温まれます！周辺を少し歩けば、焼津の美味しい魚介類を提供してくれる食事処は色々ありますので、しっかり散策して、しっかり美味しい海の幸を頂きましょう！目的地(お店)までは、住宅街や工場？などがあるだけなので、観光地の様に、楽しもうとしてはだめだと思います。なお、部屋の清潔さが気になる方は、利用しないのが無難だと思いますが、私の様に、熱いお風呂に入れて、お酒を呑んだ後は、ベッドで寝るだけという方は、抜群のコストパフォーマンスではないかと思います。近くにコンビニ(セブンイレブン)がありますが、この辺りは街灯が少なく夜になると暗い道が多いので、夜間出歩く人は、懐中電灯を持参するのが、交通事故を防ぐのにも良いと思いました。
