A cozy stay at Hotel Seoul”
It's our 2nd time at Hotel Seoul and my husband and I were amazed at how they were able to maintain the cleanliness of the whole place. We enjoyed the new recreational facilities like the pool spa as the last time we stayed here a few years ago, there's just one outdoor pool. Though the sauna was not operational during our stay and there are more new recreational facilities like gym and massage chairs but also not operational at the moment. We are looking forward to these future facilities and we'd definitely come back again. The restaurant is partially opened due to pandemic. The whole place is so relaxing, especially at night. It's the best hotel we've ever stayed in so far. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Quiet and Relaxing place to stay in Clark”
It was our 2nd time to stay in this hotel and every stay was fun and relaxing. We stayed at the capsule room this time and the kids were really amazed by the experience. The only down side in the room given to us are: that the shower room doesn’t have provision to hang clothes when taking a shower, the chiller is not working, and one capsule is not functional. The facilities are nice. The massage pool is so cool so as the massage chair and the gym at the 2nd floor. The staff at the front desk are also nice and kind and check-in was easy.

The room was spacious, clean and nothing went wrong during my parents' stay. I has a problem with my reservation and yet they went extra mile to help me! The staff, particularly Sir Alvin, were so nice and friendly. We truly appreciate the service. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to go back gain!!! Five star for y'all! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is perfect!”
We really loved this hotel!!! It was our first time in Pampanga. We went there to go to AquaPlanet and Hotel Seoul was one of the nearest hotels. It is located in a remote area but We liked it because it was very quiet. Away from crowds or noise of the city. The hotel is quite so new so all the amenities and facilities are new too. The smell of the room was good, the beds the pillows were great. I also liked that they have a lazy boy in the room. We ordered food from their restaurant because it was already late and we dont want to go outside and were amused that that the serving was really big considering the price! The food was not only cheap but delicious too! I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here again if ever I go back to Pampanga😊😊😊

Amenities are good like the water spa, pool, gym... The rooms are spacious too and has lower rates than other neighbor hotels. The drinks in the cafe are not that good but their korean menu is scrumptuous. They are short staffed but it's not really an issue because they are friendly and accommodating.

Their spa pool is the highlight. Water jets shoot out from different directions thereby creating various soothing massage stations throughout their pool. They also have two restaurants within making it perfect for a weekend staycation.

Very quiet and private”
We are from Baguio (highlands) and we just needed to relax and swim (staycation) somewhere quiet. Bolinao was too crowded last time we went even in this pandemic. The location of Hotel Seoul is very nice as it is deep within Clark freeport zone close to the grassy borders. It's very quiet, you can hear crickets at night when you go outside. Air is fresh and cold, something unexpected in Angeles. The staff were very kind to offer us free breakfast (though I do not remember paying for it in my Agoda booking - thank you!). The big pool is quite nice. The water spa, however was not working. They only turned on a few showers but there were no "spa" functions which was disappointing (minus 1 star on facilities). But we understand since the operating cost could be higher that what we pay for as we were the only ones in the hotel that time. It really is very private and quiet. Will recommend this. The price is not too high such as Midori and Hilton. Great for family bonding.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The rooms are big and spacious. The staffs are nice and friendly. We especially love the spa pool. The only thing that needs to be improved is the rest room near the pool. It was not clean during our stay. We would love to go back here. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
