              The hotel was a nicely located in between the greeneries of the aravalli hills and approx 1.8 km from Nakki lake. The highlighting point was its staff and cleanliness! We had a nice time there!

              Good hotel”

              I had paid for the delux room but got an upgrade as we went off season and they had very few guests. The service overall was really good. It was far from the site seeing points so had to walk a lot. The terrace dining area was beautiful. Rooms were spacious. All in all it was a very nice experience

              Far from nakki lake. Restaurant food is below average. Hotel rooms are too much congested. This property is 3 BHK home which they converted into hotel.

              Mr Nirav. Sir the hotel is 1.7km from the lake and delwara temple is 2.6km. If you visit a place all the tourist spots cant be near your hotel. Also sir even if you don't have your own vehicle you have to book a taxi or a 2wheeler. Your comment of this place being a 3BHK home converted into a hotel then i guess your MATH is a little week. Sir our room dimension are very clear at all the OTAS. Also sir we have ample parking and garden space at the hotel where enjoy their evenings.

              Visited Mount Abu for family holidays, however the hotel Shiv Villa is not value for money. The amount they charge is not as per the facilities they provide. Major issues are - 1. Cleanliness, 2. Ambiance of the hotel is not good, 3. Staff service. Couple of the staff members are good to respond, however not all are equally good

              We had a nice stay here. It is located outside the major, busy part of the city but it is not a far walk or drive to get to that area. It was quiet and felt peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were very persistent in making sure we had provided them with the correct documents. Overall, the place was very clean but our linens were a little dirty.

              Its near many attractions, less crowd, cheap food

              I enjoyed my stay here although the first day they said they wanted all our passports for verification, there was no mentioned of this anywhere. I had only my own passport with me.nevertheless,problem was solved and the manager gave us the leeway , he was understanding enough after some discussions.

              Stay away. The price charged is a rip off. ”

              The staff was incompetent and harassing. They requested passports five times and tried to bully us into doing their work in filling up forms. They refused hot water after 11 in the morning. The price charged is completely unreasonable for the very basic rooms and stained linen. No wifi.

              Don't expect much, the place is good and value for money if you are visting with group of friends. Not recommended for family especially with young kinds. Food wasn't good enough and service was ok.

              Good option for less money”

              Location was good as it was close to the main market. They had two wheelers available for rent which was great. Rooms were a bit smaller but clean. We loved the garden. Wont recommend the food as there are far better options available at the market nearby.
