The location is excellent, near from the Miyazaki station, Tachibana and shopping street. Easy access to everywhere. Room is nice view from my room 11th level, clean & quite. Very kind and helpful staff, will stay again, if I visit Miyazaki again. Highly recommend! Thanks so much Sky tower.

Quite new biz hotel, walking distance from the station. Great scheme: 39 hours (7AM till 10 PM the next evening) for the price of one night. Loved it! Spacious rooms!

The staffs are friendly and allow us to upgrade to a bigger room (with charges) As a four star hotel, the room is small with less facilities. Parking is 1500 yen per night , however the parking is close from 11 pm till 8 am. This is the period you can't drive in and out. There are more 4 start hotel in Oita which is cheaper.

Pros: - One English staff and he helped us a lot - A welcome drink is served at the bar or restaurant Cons: - Requested a non-smoking room but ended up getting a smoking one (solved by providing us a air purifier) - No elevator from underground parking, it was a hassle to check in and check out with our luggages - Didn’t have hot water twice in a day during our second day (morning and evening, could not shower)

OK Choice for OK Convenient Location”
Location is quite convenient, within walking distance from a supermarket. Amenities providedvare good. They charge￥700 for parking per night, which is acceptable but is often full, have to park about a block away. No nonsmoking room despite numerous requests made. Nevertheless, got used to the stale tobacco smell after a while. Overall, I have no complaints regarding Hotel Sky Tower.
