At the price of the capsule-hotel or a shared dormitory, you get your own private room (doors cannot be locked) , sanitised showers and a large common area with sofas and free comics available for reading. Only about 3 minute walk from Oita station. Highly recommended.

Upgraded capsule hotel”
The "rooms" are separated by plywood-esque materials and the tops are shuttered with curtains. Thus, it's very much like a hostel in terms of noise infiltration and atmosphere. However, you get much more privacy. The rooms are equipped with a wall mounted tv, bed, small desk with desktop (in Japanese) and an office chair. There's a really cool complimentary vending machine that serves caffeinated beverages of every flavour. Located a block away from Oita Station, it's above the 7-11 on the 7th floor.

I like the vending machine and comic book. Also it's very clean. If i visit oita again, i use this hotel too.

Exceptional”
The wall of the room was not sealed to the ceiling so I could still heard the person next door. But overall it's really good. The room was big enough for one person and the hotel was always clean. The staff was nice and helpful too.

it will be better if the door can be locked ”
FYI, the room offered are dormitory style. Even it has a door but it can't be lock and the top part of the room's wall is actually a curtain not a solid wall. So, you can say Hi to your neighbour next door.

i disagree with the name smart, it should be "small". other than shared and isolate bathroom, the good thing about this place: it has a computer with internet inside the room.

スタッフが親切”
仕事終わって大分に向かったので夜１０時頃行ったのですが、快くチェックインしてくれた。遅い時間にも関わらず、翌日のバス乗り場を調べて頂きました。ありがとございました。

2月2日は別大マラソンだったので、前日の2月1日はここしか取れませんでした。 いろいろ不安が有りましたが在室中は外から入れないように工夫されてて安心しました。 アタッシュケースも預かって頂き助かりました。 無料のドリンクバーの飲み物も美味しかったです。 コスパだけ考えたらここがナンバーワンと思います。

設備・料金ともに最高でした。ただ、シャワーの出口にカルキかな白く付着物があり清潔感に疑問が残りましたら。でも、また利用しようと思います。

過去最悪の宿”
隣の客のイビキのせいで全く寝られませんでした。 カスタマー対応は意味なしで、ホント泊まる意味無かったですね。 設備や立地は良いのに、騒音のせいで台無し なんのためのベッドなんですか？？？って感じです。 ドミトリーは所詮ドミトリーなんだなぁ〜と思いました。 受付は無愛想で接客に不向き！！ 二度と泊まることはないでしょう

共有部・洗面台の蛇口からお湯が出ず寒い思いで洗顔した。また、キャビンは清潔感はあるが狭くて荷物が置くのが大変だった。

カプセルホテルです。部屋は衝立で区切られているので音は丸聞こえです。いびきも。トイレ、シャワーは共有です。普通のホテルと間違えないように！

はっきり言って、カプセルと似たようなもの。 救いは、ドアが有って、パソコンがあるくらいで、これで4000円は高い。部屋での食事禁止だし、電話も出来ない。 もっとはっきりカプセル式ホテルと書いて欲しかった。
