I was a bit wary after reading other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised ...yes it’s not a 5 star hotel but you’re not paying 5 star prices.. The staff,rooms,food were good quality. All in all a nice stay there. I would be happy to use them again👍. Well done sogo Cabanatuan

Comfortable but a bit disappointed”
It was a comfortable stay, my only issue with this hotel is when then cut off the electricity in my room 3 times just because they did not inform me that we're supposed to check out by 1pm. But the thing is, prior checking in, i called their front desk to ask their check in time for 24 hrs stay since this is a traveller's hotel. They informed that 24 hrs will start at the time we check in. We arrived at 9:30pm, so i assumed we'd be checking out by 9:00 pm the following day. Only to experience being on the bathroom with the electricity turning off and on. I was pissed and talked over the phone to their duty supervisor. Good thing, the supervisor came to our room and apologized personally and let us stay until 9:00pm which was our initial check out time.

Dirty but ok for the price”
It's what you would expect from Sogo - cheap rooms but low standards. Pillows are filthy inside the pillow cases and the rooms are dirty and ugly. However, price is OK.

adequate but no more. No fridge in the rooms, even the more expensive rooms, clean but not perfect, poor lighting, directed at couples but not for comfort in just staying overnight like a hotel.

Almost A Great Stay”
Overall, it was a comfortable stay. AC and TV is perfectly working. Everything in the room was well organized. Staff were great. But, they need to discipline theirselves not to create unnecessary and personal conversation along the hallway. They could try to minimized their voice and should not treat hallways as playground. I was just worried about how they clean the toilet. When I checked the sink and toilet bowl, stains and dirt is still there from previous guests. I've had to sanitized it with alcohol before I was able to use it.

hotel halls and rooms somewhat dark and dingy,bathrooms have shower but no door or shower curtain so after shower bathroom completly soaked everywhere,cant understand this lack of understanding need to keep water in shower area.only us night.one douible bed=2 pillows,charge each additonal pillow.

Let me start by saying that AGODA did everything they could to try and remedy this situation. Agoda where quick to try and resolve as many issues as they could. Our compliments to the Agoda staff for their quick response (and offer to cancel our booking and refund our payment if we so requested). The short version of my review is simply....DO NOT GO THERE ! I booked a SUITE for 3 days, On arrival I was taken to an EXECUTIVE room (They don't have Suites). This room was dark and musty and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. It was about 25 square meters in size, The window was a mere 50cm by 75cms and opened up to an undercover driveway. The AirCon was a relic from the 80's with enough power to maybe cool a toilet cubicle. Not a single Drawer or Cupboard to unpack things into. Then to my disbelief....NO DOOR KEY. You could lock yourself in but could not go out and leave the door secured. It was about now that my patience ended. The staff changed my room for a slightly better one which at least did have a Lockable door with a key and the AirCon looked more recent although not much more efficient (barely adequate). Although still not satisfied I was resigned to staying here 3 days. Most accommodation in Cabanatuan was booked out. As I was to soon learn this Hotel is used by locals for "Discreet Meetings". You can basically rent the room by the hour. You just drive your vehicle into the driveway....get some keys (if available) from the guy at the entrance.....drive to your room....park you car under the room....close the roller door and go upstairs and ??????? ( I am sure you get the picture). I Must admit that this is a great setup. Sneak off with the mistress ....your car is out of site....Have your fling....and only pay for the time you use the room. So as you can imagine it gets a bit rowdy between 11pm and 4am with all the coming and going. These "dog boxes" of rooms are not exactly sound proof..Not that it matters much about the noise.....there wa

Dark Walkway, No window in the room & services is ”
The room are only 20 square meters in size ,no window, spoiled by the smoking in non-room and no air was circulting inside the room. The bed and other areas were a bit smelly & soury.
