Friendly staff and value for money”
Me and my son stayed here for a week and it was a good experience. They can give you your request easily. Staffs are friendly, they clean the rooms well, even the Wifi if you would have problems sometimes just call them and they will try to do what they can do for you. The best part is the location it is centrally located and bus terminal from Manila is just a doorstep away. All good and ready! We will stay here again soon. :)

Oldie but goodie”
Location-wise this is our preferred hotel, just in front of SM Pampanga. Staff are always accommodating and nice. Although some rooms need upgrade/fix. We had to switch rooms twice to get a working jacuzzi with no leaks and we had delays when requesting a key for a drive-in room. In the end switching rooms are the solution. They gladly gave us 1hr extension for the wait times in between room-switching. Overall still a good place to stay!!

Stayed here for two nights at Room 239. Pros: •Location (next to Robinson's Starmills and SM City Pampanga • Quiet even it's near the highway • 24 hours room service •WIFI is okay, you just need to login multiple times • Room is clean and it smelled sanitized when we checked in • Staff respond quickly when you tell them your concern. • Air-conditioning works so well. Cons: • Bathroom door is difficult to close, you have push it or kick it even so that it close properly. • Main door of room 239 has a broken metal part next to the door knob.

Good location and room Honored free breakfast as not delivered within 10 minutes Staff were nice Asked for non smoking but room smell of smoke Everytime one go out, reception call to make sure ok even if asked not too as son was nap. Was main hassle. They can ask to tell if they need numbers of people in hotel but no need to call. Porn tv not blocked, so had to watch if son changing to cartoons.

great location, it's near to SM, Robinsons and transport terminal. Their deluxe room is too small and no window. Their bath towel has a stained. So far everything is good.

The room was clean. But pillows and sheets are very old and stained. You couldn't adjust the a/ c so you either baked or froze. We had some trouble checking in even though we had our confirmation from Agoda with us. The elevator wasn't working which is a problem since I'm disabled. I will say the food there was very good.
