I've booked this hotel for my girlfriend so we could do some video call we have long distance relationship she don't have Wi-Fi where she lives. We book non smoking room and there is at least 3 ashtrays in there would not call that non smoking in general nice room we booked deluxe room would recommend

its hard to book for grab bcause of the Location. they dont have spare remote control for the aircon. One of their staff forgot to leave the remote after his shift. so when we asked the frontdesk to adjust the temperature they said they cannot do it instead we need to wait the nextday which is our checkout day.

Unfriendly, cold aircon loud and not adjustable. Need to move to other rooms because of flush not working.no help with luggage. Loud music in corridors even in night..cannot sleep..never go here again

Exactly what was expected, no issues at all”
This was a different Sogo than my usual stay, no issues to report, everything was clean and worked as expected. Staff was friendly and polite. I had to leave unexpectedly a couple days early, having issues with my cell phone to get through to UBER but the supervisor on duty quickly came through and used her account to get me to where I needed to be back in Manila. (to the supervisor back on 11/27/2017, THANK YOU!!! I should have tipped you but I was in such a hurry, it did not cross my mind until we had already left).

Romance hotel for Filipino couples”
I was for short business in Novaliches because the company to visit was close to the hotel. The hotel itself is a short time romance escape for lower middle class locals who live in large families in homes with no privacy. It's very busy at weekends but safe and clean. The location is central Novaliches but there is no entertainment and no bars around to hang out, just some fast food restaurants and food markets.

Sooo disappointing ”
I am not satisfied with my stay. I chose Sogo because from the advertisements, I thought that it is a family hotel. And it is the nearest hotel from the wake of my uncle. The choices of the rooms when I booked were all double bed. me, my cousins and my nephew stayed in the hotel for the first night. Since most of the time I am always at the wake of my uncle i requested that my other cousins in times I am away be allowed to get some rest. They explained that company policy do not allow it and that I have to pay additional charges. But later on the manager allowed it without additional charges. My other cousins however did not avail of my offer of rest in the hotel due to so many matter they have to attend to. And since it is the last night of the wake of my uncle they decided that they wanted to stay near their father. So in my 2nd day I was the only one who stayed in the hotel. But in the morning my cousins and my nephew who stayed with me in the first night went to my room to refresh themselves. My other cousins requested me if they can take a bath in my room. I called the customer assistance to request again if they can accommodate it. Again they explained that company policy do not allow it and I have to pay additional charge. Okay I agree though I feel that I hope that they at least be more considerate since most of the time I am not in my room (I think my max stay per day 9 hours) and I paid for two whole days. Worst is when my other cousins went to my room in a span of less than 5 mins a staff ring our room collecting my additional payment. I think this is the rudest gesture I encountered in my entire experience in staying in a hotel. and considering sa pilipinas ko pa ito naexperience. In fairness to the collecting staff nagsorry naman sya. Nakakadismaya lang. Because I think kung management ang kausap ko di ito mangyayari.

The Hotel itself and the staff were fantastic. But both rooms we had the toilet didn't flush and plugged up easy. The maintenance staff however immediately rectified the problem. Also Hotel housekeeping never changed the bedding and towels or empty the trash each day unless asked to and we had to be present in the room or it wasn't done.

Probably the best hotel in Novaliches”
There are not many hotel choices in Novaliches so this was probably the best you can get. The place was marginally clean but there was no maid service unless you requested it. The food was ok but took much longer than the 10 minute promise they made on all the signs. When you order over 250 php of food there was a sign that said free perfume but they did not honor it. I guess you had to ask. We were on the 3rd floor but kept awake by barking dogs and crowing roosters. The air con got ice build up and then it literally hit the fan causing a loud racket. This hotel is not really for families with kids. I think it was mostly an hourly hotel. Everytime we walked past the reception they asked us if we were checking out. I booked the room for 4 days.

Well located.Good size room .. bigger than the other Sogo's hotel I have stayed & newly renovated. Basically a quickie hotel for couple but not too seedy. Security is good. Staff very very friendly. Meet a staff formerly from Monumentos & she still remembers me
