Great Support and great hotel and great location”
What else does one need? The staff was excellent, Mr.Suraj and the ever smiling Mickey was too good. The food, the morning breakfast was great, the aloo sabji was excellent!! The rooms were clean and each room has a wonderful view and I can never forget that one such room gave us the view v of the majestic Kanchanjanga!! Mr. Suraj was very proactive in arranging the taxi back to the airport and all worked very smoothly . The location was a walk away from the mg road and was extremely convenient. Strongly recommended.

I was looking for a hotel which is near by MG marg right when i was planning my sikkim trip. Zeroed it down on SOnam Delek and boy it didn disappoint a bit. The stunning sunkissed view of Kangchenjunga, which I got from this property is still afresh infront of me. the rooms are clean and staff is extremely polite. The breakfast we had was really great and tasty. Room advice If you are just halting for one night go for standard rooms. More than one night - deluxe rooms should be perfect. Lifts are hard to find in any hotels in Sikkim, so do not go with that expectation. Rooms 4/5 ( the soaps provided were used one's to deducting a rating here ) Service 5/5 Food 5/5 View 5/5 Hygeine 5/5 Distance from MG mark - 1km ( barely 5 mins walk down the hill) Go for this hotel to get a stunning view.

Nice hotel in Tibet road , very close to Mall road and have everything available within 5 min walking distance. Rooms have balconies and offers a great mountain view. They offer good breakfast with multiple options and in-room dyning

Spent 2 nights here while in Gantok. The location is quite central, and easy walking to the heart of things. The front desk is helpful and efficient. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking Gantok - and the surrounding valley. The breakfast could use some work tho. I'd stay again.

Choose a room with a balcony for sure. We went with a basic room with no view and almost no ventilation . It was pretty basic and wouldn’t recommend to others. However rooms with a view were much better and definitely recommended . 5 star staff - well mannered and helpful. Very good service.

Location wise good, close to MG Marg however way to hotel from MG Marg is very steep, difficult for senior citizens and children if cab is not hired. Recommend for delux or super delux room as standard rooms don't have mountain view. They have a good, well maintained common balcony from where you can have a good view of city and mountains and can enjoy your meals there (open till 9 pm). Food is o.k. They have an inhouse restaurant. Buffet breakfast is arranged on some days which is quite good. Staffs are helpful, polite. Overall a good value for money. Above average or good I can say.

Its a old style hotel, Service was good but rooms are congested, and the bathroom is worse, you can find mold on the bathroom gate, which has very dirty curtain in it, tap of the wash basin dances to different directions. Food was very good but do takes lots and lots of time, Breakfast is very limited and not so good, With the price charged there are other better options available which can be explored. wont recommend
