The location is perfect, very near to Hamamatsu JR Station and the shopping malls. Breakfast is included in the room price and if we are lucky, we can even get free curry rice for dinner! Room is quite spacious and clean. Staff was almost unable to speak English, but are very friendly. The weird thing about the hotel is the lobby is located at the 8th floor.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also provide complimentary western and japanese breakfast. The hotel was right next to the Hamamatsu station so it was really easy to find. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hamamatsu

A stone's throw from the shinkansen station. Check in was simple and quick - very much appreciated as it was very late. Slept like a log. Early, quick breakfast and check out. In other words, a great place to stay for a busy traveller who needs the basics in a convenient, secure, clean and friendly place. Not flash but was perfect for my needs on this occasion.

Un hotel muy recomendado para las personas que visitan la ciudad de Hamamatsu en Shizuoka y no quieren hospedarse muy lejos de la estación. Esta ubicado en el lugar muy bueno.

Séjour tout à fait agréable dans cet hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et aidant, très professionnel, Check in/out hyper rapide. Chambre de luxe double, séparée en 2 parties, une pour le couchage avec tv et une autre partie, coin salon, aussi équipée d'un téléviseur (2 téléviseurs grand format et de qualité). Le tout étant propre, literie impeccable, pas de problème d'insonorisation. Salle de bain très bien équipée, irréprochable. Agréablement surpris par cette chambre. Petit déjeuner correct. Si nous devions repasser par ici, nous saurons quel hôtel choisir.

Stayed for 2 nights. On the first day, there was heavy rain warning, but it's only a few minutes from the south exit. You won't get wet as you step outside for less than 10 seconds. The water pressure in the shower is good. The air conditioning can be cooled down to 16 degrees. The TV is a large flat screen. You can watch not only regular terrestrial digital broadcasting and BS, but also Western movies, Japanese movies, and adult movies for free. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor. The elevator requires a card key to access the guest room, so the security is good. The breakfast buffet is well-prepared for COVID-19 prevention. Vinyl gloves are provided. There are curry and Japanese and Western dishes. The layout of the room with a table in the middle is good. The microwave and ice can be self-serviced at the back of the front desk.

Good location near the station and convenience store. The amenities were not bad, although there was no facial lotion provided. The fridge didn't cool well, but it wasn't a big problem. If you come by car, you can't park behind the hotel and have to use a partner parking lot, which is a bit far away. It would be better if there were a parking lot closer to the hotel, especially considering the wait time for the elevator on the 8th floor where the front desk is located and the many customers from the restaurants on the lower floors. It was tough for families with children. The curry at night and the breakfast buffet in the morning were both delicious, and even the children enjoyed them! The water facilities were also clean. It's a hotel that adults would definitely want to stay at again without any complaints.

一言、最高です◎ 南口出てすぐ、下にはコンビニ、朝食美味しい、手作りパン美味しい。スタッフさんみんな素晴らしく親切。部屋きれい、ベビーベットないけどベット広めで2チームに別れてツインで寝かせて問題なし。 また利用させていただきます(^^)
