The room is quite big, with shower inside, there is a laundry which was really good. Staff was really nice, helped me change money and even got me an umbrella. It takes about 10 minutes by car to the American village or some near beach, which is totally fine.

Good location for me. Low cost for Okinawa. English speakers. New place to eat at the hotel. Great food, low price and huge amount of food. I ate three times on my one order. WIFE needs some improvements. Overall, this is my place to stay in Okinawa whenever I visit.

Great location and access to base. Price is great too. BUT, way to many insects. I have been coming here for over a year and it seems that it never gets better. Last time, it was centipedes. Just need to do a good repellant spraying inside and outside.

I've tried several countermeasures, but it's not going very well. Currently, we are asking a contractor to remove it, but it looks like it will take a little more time. Triple room is very tiny as it just fit for 3 person, no extra space for luggage. The room is quite humid as well. Anyway, the staff is very nice and speak English very well.

For the price you pay you get a good deal. Not fancy and bare, but location and price was excellent. I did have some minor problems with centipedes and worms in my room. Staff gave me another room and problem solved. Restuarant on site is cheap price and large portons and very good. WIFI not the best. They need to upgrade.

The hotel is a prefab, two-floor unit, not snazzy, with thin walls and floors. My neighbours were quiet so I slept well, and the rooms are excellent value; hard to get cheaper. So, good value all in all. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, breakfast okay”
Room is quite comfort for 2ppl only with luggage. Futon style bed. Bathroom is compact size( same size of toyoko inn). No escalator to second floor,so if you travel with large luggage, it might be a problem. TV programe is very limited. Breakfast is okay with a set of japanese style breakfast (rice, soup, egg, fried fish).

Reasonable hotel with free parking”
Hotel is close to AEON Rycom. They provide free parking space in front of each building. Japanese room is so painful. Futon and pillow are so thin. Room is not soundproof. You can hear every walking, talking or closing the door at the walkway or the room next to you. They have three separate buildings with a reception in another building but they do not have key card to access the building. Also, you have to give the key to reception every time you leave the room.

Small parking area for any cars bigger than a compact. Bugs, snails and insects continue to be a problem here. Restaurant at hotel is closed at night now. The local area has very limited options to eat. Staff is great! Price and location is hard to beat!

It's not good for seniors and and family with young kids”
Stairs to 2F is steep & very poorly lit, no elevator if you have heavy luggages. accident prone for seniors & visual impaired. Rooms do not have cleaning service throughout stay, for almost the same value there are better hotels
