Nice Hotel”
This nondescript hotel is probably the best hotel we've stayed for this trip. Best to have a car though. Room is fantastic, big, with TV and nice bathing facilities.

Gotemba stay, Hotel Symba Resort Gotemba, I really surprise with the thing provided, a big room with two super single bed, plus a sofa bed, come with bright n big make up table, provide hair dryer and hair curler with hair essence, former and etc, air purifier, super big TV, two refrigerator, one of it provide all free drinks, even Sapporo beer included, also provide bath rope for hot spring bath, other than that, still have a big bath tub with massage function and bubble shampoo in wash room, provide all the hair and face peoducts as well, plus mount fuji view (depend on luck, higher chance during autumn and winter) and of course very comfortable with the private jacuzzi hot spring ♨️♨️♨️, bed and the wash room 😂😂😂. And its 10 minutes to Gotemba Premium Outlet, highly recommend for who visit Mount fuji 🤣🤣🤣

Room: very clean and much bigger than any other hotel room in Japan. Huge bathroom! Location: there’s only one bus stop outside the hotel and the next bus terminal is about 1km walk away. So it’s quite troublesome if you traveling with children or big luggages. Staff: Super friendly and accommodating. On the second day, the staff on duty sent us to the bus terminal and ran to the bus just before the bus leave just so that we can catch the bus. On the day we checked out, one of the staff sent us to Gotemba station because he realized that we had 2 huge luggages and it was raining. It’s really an insane level of customer service. 👍🏼👍🏼 Food: breakfast was simple yet delicious. Food from restaurant was also yummy! Overall: a great place to stay that worth your every cents. Not sure why is not considered 3 or 4 star hotel.

From the outside it didn't look like much. Then once in such a beautiful place and the service was amazing! Beyond amazing. Called for room service and ordered food. Food arrived in a secret latch and was fast and tastes amazing. Big portions too. The tv had over 900 movies/videos to watch. Room came with huge bed and even karaoke with BOSE speakers. All the amenities were all very high quality to the point where the phone charging cable was Cygnett branded, DHC body care, new ionic hair dryer and more. After the stay we asked about directions to gotemba station and the hotel receptionist didn't even bat an eye and said "Don't worry, I drive you there". It was not a short ride and he did not even charge us. We tried to give him a tip and he didn't want to accept either. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The room was spectacular! We had two double beds so we could sleep comfortably. The bathroom was huge with a large Jacuzzi-bathtub for the kids to play in, after which we soaked in a warm bath after they went to bed (You could even light up the tub with colored lights to set the mood). They had A LOT of stuff in the room for use - you could choose from a variety of shampoo for the ladies, and they even provided a hair straightening tong! They also had complimentary drinks & ice cream served in the lobby which was a nice touch. Honestly we didn't want to leave! A quick drive to the central Gotemba from the hotel - and we caught the most awesome view of Mount Fuji as we drove down a slope. Unforgettable.

Comfortable stay and very Big rooms!”
My fiancé and I were very comfortable here. The staff were very friendly and were able to speak some English. Pros: - bus stops just up the road and comes every 30 mins. They are sometimes late by a few minutes so be vary of that. - rooms are big, plenty of space for a family - lots of parking if you rent a car - roughly 25 min walk from the bus stop Tomei Gotemba - vending machines outside of the hotel a few mins down the road and just upstairs in level 2 Cons - shops are not close by. There is a Daiso, Uniqlo, convenient store and restaurants about 30-40 mins away if walking by foot - shops and restaurants usually close early around 8pm. You are better off grabbing food from the 7 Eleven on the way there to eat just in case the restaurants close early.

Nice and value hotel with mount fuji view. ”
Only ten minutes by bus to gotemba outlet, and not far from hakone zone but the bus to hakone doesn’t come very often. The room is huge compared to other hotels and it comes with full facilities. Worth the money.

Pros: Very big room with sofa and sofa bed. Clean and bathroom is big and confortable. Provide complimentary VOD movies/drama. Very affordable price with great view of Mt Fuji. The Italian restaurant located at the road above the hotel is highly recommended. Nearby bus stop which goes to Gotemba Premium Outlet. Cons: Far from ammenities. Bus stop only provide other bus services at different timing. Advisable to book this hotel only if you have a vehicle. It is hard to travel without a vehicle. Ps: Trust me, I know from a first hand experience.

What a surprise..”
I have to say that the location is a bit of the setback for this hotel. Its quite far from the Gotemba Interchange station where we got off from bus.. we walked for 10mins or more.. But the room was huge and there were jacuzzi and karaoke set in the room.. plus the lights were awesome.. My kids were so happy with the room they would wanna stay there forever.. haha Staff are friendly and they willing to explain in detail how we should take the bus to go to Premium Outlet

A stopover for us before heading to Tokyo. Big spacious room which is unusual for Tokyo. Great bathroom with shower and jaccuzi, and comfortable bed. 5 min drive to Gotemba Premium Outlet, and with a stunning Mt Fuji view at the hotel entrance.

Surprisingly fabulous facilities”
This was an amazing hotel room. We booked the most basic room and it was huge, with a king sized bed and fabulous amenities, including an in-room karaoke machine, surround sound speakers, personal jacuzzi, and branded toiletries including stuff like moisturiser for your hair when you blow dry it. Only thing is that the staff don't speak very good English, but you can get by as long as you don't have any special requests from the hotel.

Comfort hotel with nice staff”
The hotel room big and full of facilities which out of our expectations! Staff and boss very nice, boss personally send us to highway-bus stop and also bring us to Gontenba Windmill. The Bus station is just in front of the hotel but the last bus from Premium Outlet to hotel is 7pm. Hotel nearby do not have 7-11 and restaurant, we need to take taxi for food.

View of Fuji in a HUGE room”
I cannot fault this accomodation one bit. The free breakfast was delicious, our room had a clear view of fuji, the spa bath was MASSIVE and my partner and I relaxed in it every second we could. The room was very large, with a separate lounge room from bedroom and mood lighting. Honestly made us feel like royalty in comparison to the other hotels we stayed to on our trip. I would love to stay here again!

Fantastic facilities in the room, nice view of Mount Fuji outside the hotel, good breakfast! The staff made a mistake and charged me more than required. However, the staff was trying her very best to understand me in English and settled the issue finally.

The old lady staff was so accomodating and kind. They gave us a room in the 2nd floor which we didnt like. I showed the picture that we wanted to the old lady and was told that it’s a smoking room. She suggested however to take a look inside the room and that we can move there if we want to. The room we wanted was in the 1st floor. It was a smoking room but very clean and smelled clean. So we moved to the 1st floor and enjoyed the massage chair and the jaccuzi. Rooms are nice but quite far from downtown. Would love to go back there again.
