Very close to the station but the exit that is close to the hotel doesn't have escalator. If you have big luggage, you're better exit from the front of the mall and walk back. Anyway the entrance of the hotel, you still need to carry them on stair. I can not remember how many steps, maybe 10?

喫煙者のビジネス出張”
池袋西口（北）、駅近でロケーションは抜群。ホテル前にはこの辺り唯一の喫煙所と公衆便所があり、友人を待つ、待たされる際にも利用しやすいです。 また、滞在した部屋も喫煙可の部屋で、滞在中ストレス無く過ごせました。

安心で安全”
建物、内装、設備、２階のレトロ喫茶の外観含めすべてが「うわ古っ！」という感じだが、清潔ではあり安心・安全に泊まることができた。 これだけ駅近でこの値段なら出張とかでの宿泊ならベストだと思う。 ただ、部屋の冷蔵庫が壊れていて、朝食に買った乳製品が常温になっていたのはショックだったが…。部屋についてすぐ確かめるのをおススメする。

コロナ後初めての宿泊”
ここは私にとって常宿。約束3年ぶりの宿泊です。変わったのは料金くらいで何も変わってないです。もちろんいい意味で。いつも変わらぬ利用方法で、外食後、シャワー浴びて、マッサージしてもらい、とっとと寝て、早起きして、朝マック食べて仕事に向かうというワンパターンです。生活の一部と言ったら大袈裟ですが、他のホテルには変えられないのです。値上がりしてもまた使います。

Good accessibility and staff service”
Located very close to Ikebukuro Station and also near the bus stop for Haneda Airport to Ikebukuro Limousine Bus, so the access is quite good. The interior feels old-fashioned, but it is clean, so I don't particularly feel dissatisfied. The staff are also very polite.
