I really like how the staff are very accommodating. The check in and out process was a breeze! The convenience of two train stations, tokyo Disney shuttle is a plus. Limo bus is closed right now but they also provide that, so a selling plus. It was so easy to request for them to call a cab for us. Lawson in the building too! Seven eleven across. 👍🏼

Stayed for 4 nights and it's all good. Though not center but Daiba is walkable and Tokyo Big Sight. Did not necessarily have a specifoc schedule in the area but will give it 10/10 rating in all category

Convenient location”
Was a super quick walk to my convention at Tokyo Big Sight. The hotel staff was completely prepared for events and offered baskets of amenities in the lobby. My one complaint is that the windows don’t open and it was incredibly dry in the room in spite of the typhoon (maybe a good thing?), but otherwise it was fantastic and I would happily stay here again.

Cozy place for a getaway”
We stayed in for two night to attend an event in Tokyo Big Sight, the location was very convenient and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Japan's hospitality is top-rated, but I was surprised on how the statement is truly implemented. We were walking out of the elevator and towards the door, there was quite a distance between the staffs at the receptionist table and the elevator, but they said in a loud voice greetings for a safe trip. We had to check out early too, and they professionally handled the process. One thing I was not comfortable with was the long wait to check-in because of the crowd, but even in that situation the staffs worked efficiently and well. Would be great if a more accommodating check-in system is implemented when there's an overwhelming amount of people.

Good for people looking to be based in odaiba/toyusu area for few days”
Hotel is 3 minutes from Tokyo Big Sight station, 5m from Ariake or Kokusai Tenijou station. It takes less than 20m to get to Odaiba, Toyosu and even Disneyland is less than 30m away. Cleanliness wise I would say they're near immaculate. Well beyond the standards of 3 star hotels. Staff are extremely helpful, polite and professional. Facilities wise it's still limited somewhat due to their status and price range, but there's a Lawson open 24/7

Great location (if you don't mind longer train rides to central Tokyo)”
I was hesitant it booking at first because of the location, but I enjoyed it because of its location! It's near 2 train stations, and you can even walk all the way to Diver City (Odaiba) through the park that spans from Ariake to Odaiba. It is a long but lovely walk at night. This area is away from the crowds, but not from establishments/restaurants with options in nearby establishments and malls.

This is our favorite hotel so far. Location is good, cleanliness is superb! the room space is better compared to the usual hotels in Tokyo. There's a limousine bus and disney resort service. Currency Exchange, ATM, and Lawson in the hotel. Tried their breakfast and it did not disappoint. Amenities are awesome and so is their service!

As bus from/to both Haneda airport and Narita airport departs/arrives at this hotel, it was very easy to go to /come from these airports. The famous digital museum was in walking distance. Everything was very efficient like other business hotels but their buffet style breakfast has much more choices and very tasty.

Odaiba, and all the attached islands is an interesting place to spend a weekend between attractions and musuems. Even in the current climate, this hotel is a worthy first look for anyone needing a room in the Big City.
