I paid peanuts and what I’ve got was a new, comfy and spacious double room. I messed up and doubled my reservation but the hotel was so kind that they waived the charges of one of my duplicated booking despite I offered to just pay it. Although the front desk doesn’t really speak English they tried very hard to help me and I could communicate in English via email without any problem. The hotel locates right next and has an entrance to the Chiba JR station. It takes around 4 minutes to walk to the Keisei JR station, the monorail station and the SOGO shopping mall which has everything you need.

Location was quite confusing for first time but you will used to it- as it quite hidden behind the main JR Station. Get your GPS ready But was excellent for the first trip as we took Airport Limousine Bus from Haneda Airport Bus stop 6 - Bus Fare can be pay via Pasmo / Suica Drop Point : JR Chiba Station Is very very convenient as Hotel Sunroute Chiba was like the Central part of Chiba many train to access to explore and also the station itself was like a shopping / food mall

the wifi is so slow, and the aircon is not getting cold like the usual air conditions, when the staff came to check it, she said it working perfectly even she, she said she feel so cold in the room.. and she said the maximum temp is 18 degrees but when she saw that the temp got bck in 20 dg she immediately change what she told us. maximum is 20 lols

Check in and check out were efficient and fast. Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. TV and WIFI worked properly. There were convenience stores nearby. Transportation wise, the location was perfect. The hotel was adjacent to JR Chiba Station (West Exit), and JR Chiba Station was connected to Chiba Monorail Station and Keisei Chiba Station. It's a great base to explore Chiba City and Chiba Prefecture; and it's easy to go to Narita Airport too. It took some time though to reach central Tokyo area (around 40 minutes train ride).

Location was great. Just a minute from west exit at chiba station. There were a lot of shops and places to eat around the hotel I could send my suitcase to Narita airport from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean, spacious enough. I would like to stay here again .

This hotel is just next to Chiba JR station, you need not to cross the road to access it. It’s so convenient that you need not use an umbrella coming out from JR station even it is raining. Staff is very helpful. At first the wifi in my room did not work well, they did the best to fix it, Well done. Room is clean. Good value for money.

Room are large, suitable for business person. Close to Chiba Station, easy to find connecting on Skywalk., close to Lawson convenient store and department store in the station. Skywalk connection to Local Train in Chiba for transportation or connecting to other train line.

Difficult to find if you arrive by taxi at night, but once found, a little gem”
The hotel toiletries were awesome. The Shiseido face soap/hand foam was the killer! It felt sooooo good on my skin. The anti-condensation feature of the bathroom mirror was so high-tech! Definitely recommend for comfort and value for your money in Chiba!
