      Exceptional”

      Location of the hotel was well with in city centre. Bus no. 92 which comes from the airport is in walking distance. Staff was very nice. The only problem was the size of the toilet/bathroom.

      If you are reading this, please straightaway make your booking. You will not regret it. This is a perfect place to stay in all aspects. The room is very spacious, superb clean and comfortable bed. I have had a deep sleep during my stay. The location is superb. Stone’s throw to the attractions, railway station,supermarket n restaurant, metro station n money changer. Great host and staff that will assist u on everything. The wifi is great. No need to buy simcard. In overall i really love my stay here and really have a wonderful time in Almaty

      Cheap value for money. Close to tourist spot and many cafes to chill. 1Staff know English and very helpful. Definitely back again if here. extend my stay as nice comfort room too.

      入口が分かりづらい”

      タクシーで近くに降ろしてもらったあと、通行人にホテルの名前を聞いて到着。 自力で探しても、入口がどこなのか発見するのは難しいかも。 宿としては可もなく不可もなく。

      立地もまあまあでコスパの良いキレイな宿”

      場所は住宅街にあり分かりずらいですが、改装されたばかりのようでとてもキレイでした。2人でダブルルームの場合はとても狭いです。 シャワーの水圧も良くお湯もガンガン出ます！フロントは英語が少し出来る人と話せない人がいましたが、とても親切で対応も良かったです。ここからメガモールというショッピングモールまで歩いて15分ほど。

      너무나도 친절한 직원과 사장님”

      저는 후기를 아주좋거나 나쁘거나 하며는 쓰는 경향이 있는데, 그것도 한참 지나서, 이번에는 시간지나면 잊어버릴까봐서 지금 적습니다. 여행 첫날 밤늧게 숙소에 도착했는데 여권을 잃어버린것을 알았습니다. 밤늦은 시간인데도 직원분이 친절하게 자기 일처럼 도와주시고 결국은 다음날 사장님이 공항에서 여권을 발견했다고해서 사장님 차로 함께 타고 가서 여권을 찾게 되었습니다. 그리고 돌아오는 길에 그린바자르 구경을 원하는지를 물으셔서 구경하고 싶다니까 그린바자르 앞에 내려 주었습니다. 체크아웃할때 너무고마우셔서 사례금을 드렸더니 한사코 받지 않으셨습니다. 세계 50여개국 이상 여행하면서 친절한분을 많이 만났지만 이렇게 친절한 분은 처음입니다.

      В целом, номера чистые, расположение очень удобное. Если температура на улице до 30 градусов, то в комнате ещё неплохо, но если больше, то уже жарко, потому что нет кондиционеров.

      Отель отлично расположен 30 минут от аэропорта на 92 автобусе, остановка в 300 метрах от отеля. Но лучше взять такси, стоит примерно 300₽. Комнаты маленькие, но для отдыха хватит. Всё чисто, постельное бельё свежее. Мебель не обшарпана. Персонал отзывчивый. Расположение ещё удобно тем, что дойти до центра можно пешком.
