Overall, i did enjoy my stay of this lovely hotel because of the strategic location besides this is not my first time staying at this hotel. The room that i got from the hotel was just fine. Air-conditioned, lightings & water heater was functioning well, but unfortunately the fridge wasn't cold enough & the room telephone wasn't functioning. By right i can request for a room change from the Reception, but i decided not to do so because i'm very lazy to pack my luggage & i knew the hotel's occupancy could be very high due to festive season. The third day during my stay, i did put the make up room sign from my room, then when i came back to the hotel from Penang late in the evening, in the end, my room wasn't clean up. In my heart, i felt a bit disappointed & upset, but it's ok because things already happened. I'm wondering if the Housekeeping staffs overlook or purposely ignore the make up room sign at any guest rooms including my room? If everytime any hotel guest request for a make up room by informing the Housekeeping staffs verbally, i'm afraid that's not a professional way & that's crazy / insane / ridiculous. Breakfast is really awesome & superb because there're quite a number of varieties & it's just enough for me to consume, but the beverage section especially juice need to improvise. At least must have pure fruit juice like apple, orange, mango or pineapple instead of cordial drinks. TV channels are also very less. No Vision Four channels plus other selected channels from astro. Only local tv stations. So pathetic. WiFi also need to improvise for guest rooms. I don't know whether the hotel is using UnifiTM, but i suggest change to Maxis. Room service need to extend the operation hours at least until 8pm. On the hand, i have no issue on car parking for hotel guest. I do understand sometimes the basement parking is full due to very limited parking lot & first come first serve basis, so i parked somewhere outside within the hotel's building area.

in my opinion this hotel is a good hotel. to come to taiping and enjoy shrimp noodles or boiled noodles with an adult child can be said to stay at this hotel is the best. i got a good room i.e. four empty three. front -facing balcony views. large room. clean toilet. almost with 7e and the tabung haji. only if one is not given a back room. there is an Islamic grave
