Enjoyable stay”

- spacious room (we booked Japanese style) - toilet and sink are separated (we like that) - close to the beautiful gorgeous (because the earlier you go the less people) - close to nice eateries - staff speaks really good English - the tea was good - Conveniently there was a souvenir shop in the hotel - plenty of spacious parking space - the only downside was that there was a bit of stain on the yukata

Great sauna and hot spa”

The room is big and the bed is the most comfy I every stayed in Kyushu. No breakfast included. The hot spring and sauna are very nice. It’s walking distance to Takachiho gorge. It’s better to drive there as the road is hill but parking fee was JPY500.

Value for money and convenient option”

It is certainly not a fancy hotel but definitely value for money. Very close to the Takachiho Gorge (a few min ride). Food was great. Like the Japanese style buffet breakfast in particular serving hot and fresh food, also with great variety.

very clean budget accommodation ”

very clean accommodation with hot spring bath. close to the gorge and shrine. they even have a shuttle bus to the traditional show every evening. the only downside is that the staff speak very very limited english.

to make my stay more enjoyable, eish there are English or Mancar in to provide some guide to the area. Looking forward to the Dinner menu to include either English or Mandarin on top of Japanese language

Tasty dinner and breakfast”

The hotel is quite near to a few sightseeing point even on foot. The onsen is quite good and both the dinner and breakfast are very tasty.
