The hotel ambience, food and the facilities are very dirty and unhygienic. Never ever book this hotel if you are travelling with kids and family

Traveled with my wife and kids. Stayed here for a night only. Lachung is pretty tight on reasonable choices, so chose this after considerable thought, since we were staying only for a night. Rooms are spacious and decent. Hot water in bathroom at night. However the pipes froze in the morning. Limited facilities, but staff is decent. Restaurants at lachung are only in hotels. Ordered meals and maggi for all from this hotel itself as there was no other option. Preparation was decent. Would suggest this place for a night or two.

Room top on Hill area - But not value for Money ”
Room was not spacious & felt too congested the entire atmosphere. Really not worth for Money as agoda charge too high for a hotel on a hill top where difficult to access other modes & no facilities available in the hotel nor nearby. This should be called as a lodge with those facilities & not a hotel. But staffs were little Kind & helping in their helpless situation. No room heater available & too difficult to manage at night as they had less source for Room heaters. Overall not a good experience. But to goodness we had booked only for One night & had to stay there only half a day as we were busy travelling to Zero point

Given the higher altitude location, one needs to lower their standards out of expecting a hotel like service in this town. But this one was below avg experience. Hotel receptionist didn't care much about fixing the power outage at night in Winter time nor providing dinner on time. If the hotel ad says heating provided means hot water heating is included. Room heater costed extra 300 bucks.
