My room was in the 17th floor. It was modernly furnished, super quiet and had everything one needs. It also had an amazing view over Tokyo. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth. Late check out is 2000¥ extra per hour. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and had everything from sweet to savory. The next station is in less than 5 minutes walking distance. All in all a pretty good option for a stay in Tokyo.

Convenient spot to explore Tokyo”
Location is my fav part. It takes you c.30mins to get there from Haneda airport, and with <30mins subway, you can access every popular spots. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood at night, which is essential for me as a solo traveler. Reception staff are brilliant, efficient and speak quite good English. Facility wise, you can tell the history but all function well and are well maintained.

Excellent value and great location”
The Hotel Celestine in Shiba was a great stay option for us while visiting in Tokyo. A half block away from the local lines, and 10 minute walk to the JR station, it was close enough to both to navigate around Tokyo. Also, being away from the busier parts of the city, it was a much more laid back environment, at least when we visited. The rooms were ample sized, and the shared patio area was a very nice touch to sit back and relax with some complimentary snacks and drinks. Overall a very pleasant experience, and the front desk staff was fantastic in helping out when they could.

Great places located near two train stations!”
I really enjoyed my time here. I liked how close it was to two main train stations. The room we were in had a nice view and they had coffee 24/7 and orange juice almost all day for you to get during the day. That was a nice touch.

Stayed one night in the executive room as a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. The staff were most accommodating, replying to inquiries and questions via email, making my planning so much easier. They even went out of their way to help me set up room decorations which I had sent there in advance, which I thought I would do myself. Comfortable stay near Tokyo Tower”
I stayed here for one night and had a pleasant stay. The massage at the hotel was very mediocre though. I’m not sure how experienced the masseuse was, but overall good service. I also ordered room service which was delicious and arrived very quickly! Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good location. Very close to Tokyo Tower and buses/trains.

Good stay and clean hotel”
The hotel itself is clean, as well as room and amenities provided is good. There are 2 stations near by but we didn’t use them as too hard travel with infant due too many stairs. 20minutes walk to Tokyo tower. Breakfast is really good and many choices. The only downside checking time was taking long time from long queue. Should give priority check in for family with young children. We booked 2 rooms requested interconnecting but they couldn’t make it. We asked if they can organise bus transfer to Narita, it was refused and we only given a piece of paper of options self transfer to Narita. Those 3 were the only disappointment from their services. It was our first time in Tokyo and expecting more help and assistant from hotel. Overall they always smile and friendly. :)

One of the stations closest to the hotel has many stairs, but the other has an elevator. We apologize for the lack of guidance. Also, thank you for your feedback regarding the guests traveling with children. We will use it as a reference for future service improvements. Regarding the arrangement of the bus transfer to Narita Airport, there used to be a limousine bus between the hotel and Narita Airport, but it is currently suspended. We do not recommend it at this time, as it will be very expensive if we arrange it with a taxi or a hired car. We will take your feedback seriously and work to improve. There is a magnet in every room which shows you do not need a full cleaning. You can simply attach it to the door, then we will just do minimum cleaning such as taking the rubbish, and change of towels.
