I liked the hotel. The room was small but clean and comfortable, there was even a tiny table so I was able to work there. The only issue was you have to leave your room keys at reception whenever you go out and when I came back they couldn't find my key. And I had a meeting in a few minutes. They did have a spare and they led me to my room and eventually brought the keys to the room, but it was still a bit stressful

Nice room”
The knot was a nicely designed hotel. The room was not so big but reasonable. You can open the window to let fresh air come in. I didn’t hear any noises from the construction site next to the building. And their morning buffet was very good!!!

5 minute walk from train station”
The Knot is a small but efficient pied-a-terre on the grittier (west) side of the Yokohama main train station and 'YCAT' bus service to Narita and Haneda airports. In the midst of restaurants and cheap shopping district. If you are in Yokohama for any time, I recommend being closer to the harbor, which is the jewel in the crown. But for a quick transit, the Knot has clean sheets, hot shower, and good wifi.

Wonderful stay”
The second you enter the superb lobby the a wonderful fresh aroma hits you! The Knot is an old building, but the interior looks fantastic. The rooms are modern and the staff are great. The location couldn’t be better! Moreover, the restaurant on the 1st flood was delicious.

So close to Yokohama station!”
I was surprised how close it was to Yokohama station. The ambiance and amenities are classy with a hip vibe. The room had everything I needed, and was located close to a bustling part of town. I was only there for one night, but I would love to stay there again for much longer.

stayed in a very nice twin rooms this time, lots of spaces and I was impressed with the very creative wardrobe and organizer for such limited space in Japanese hotel. The bathroom's soap dispenser was dirty and yellowish discolored. shower curtain and shower curtain's rings are not matched. that was negative , but otherwise enjoyed my stay.

The location of hotel is good， just walk 5 minutes will arrive Yokohama station. There are pharmacy stores, convenient stores and donki around, very convenient in shopping and eating even when I arrive at 2am. The decoration of hotel is nice, with bright light in concierge. Staffs are nice and friendly, fluent English and helpful. The room is clean and tidy, decoration is good, electric plugs are sufficient. Window is large with street view. Room is small, but hotel in Tokyo is the same like this. Bathroom is small in average. Hotel is of Reasonable price per night, so it is recommended.

Not far away from Yokohama station, like 10 minutes walk. Convenient store Lowsons was right next to the hotel. The room was very cozy , very comfortable decor. Only negative thing is very thin walls and I could hear other peoples conversations during my stay

Perfect location if you need to make Yokohama Station as your base to travel. PS: Yes small room, but that's Japan, the room has all the amenities with some personal "The Knot" touches, making it less of a business hotel and more like a boutique hotel.

Nice service”
I left my phone almost three years ago in this hotel. And because of the Covid, I was not able to enter Japan. They did keep my phone till now and returned to me on my stay after nearly three years. Appreciated!! Well I do have some suggestions about early checkin. I arrived at 5am at the hotel and was tired after the night bus. Had been asked for early checkin but the staff said its not possible. It would be nice if they can offer an early checkin even with an extra charge.

Location is perfect”
This time decided to pay a little more for the larger room, well worth the additional cost. The regular rooms are small and difficult to stay in if you have luggage. Would strongly suggest paying a little extra for larger room. Oh almost forgot, walls are paper thin, I could hear the person in the next room passing gas and coughing.
