I do receive very kindness attitude customer center for my reservation reject issure They send me agoda point about my past reservation I did’t gone because I hurt my leg Hotel had refuse payment return but Agoda send me point same as hotel fee. It’s located at Jeungmun province of Jeju Island. Public transportation is bad, unless you are willing to travel around the island with cab which might cost you a lot. There are two pay restaurants in the hotel, one is ordinary Chinese restaurant and another one is Korean BBQ restaurant. You may have a complimentary 20% off coupon used for the total of expenses at the Korean BBQ restaurant and also 2 welcome Americano at the coffee house in the hotel. Despite that, there’s a mini bakery shop inside the coffee house which you will also have a complimentary welcome bread and a 20% off coupon on the total expenses of buying bread at the bakery shop. And be aware do buy it earlier and better in day time otherwise there’ll be left few choices of bread you can buy. It’s far away from the Jeju city downtown and also Seongwipo, be ready to spend lots of expenses in grabbing cab to those mentioned places. I will not strongly suggest to stay here and will definitely not coming back.

Three of us stayed in the twin room and it was spacious and comfortable. The sea view was great and relaxing. The buffet, coffee shop and bornga(bbq restaurant attached to hotel) was delicious and value for money! Especially the bibimbap and bbq at bornga is a must eat! Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. It's close to bus stop or you can ask the reception to order a taxi for you.

Helpful and cheerful staff though we both need translation in communication. Great facilities in room that you need not bother if you forgot to bring any for your daily stay. Famous and delicious restaurants are downstairs or in walking distance.

중학생 아들과 부부 포함 3인이 이용하였습니다. 기본 에머니티 및 기타 물품 충분하고 사용하기 편리하였습니다. 더 본 외식업체가 많이 내점되어있어서 멀리 식당을 가지 않고도 충분히 식사하기 편리하였고.. 웰컴쿠폰이 많아 너무 좋았어요..가기로 했던 요트투어도 덕분에 예약가 보다 좀더 싸게 이용하게 되었고.. 조식은 아침한끼 먹을 만하게 가격 싸게.. .음식종류대비 가격이 타 호텔이나 리조트에 비해.. 정말 싸고 맘에들었어요..1-2번 가져오면..물론 더이상 먹고 싶은건 없었지만.. 가격이 정말 좋았어요..다음날 호텔조식에 비해..가격이 정말 좋고 넓은 공간이라 북적여도 좋았어요..주차장이 넓지 않아 조금 아쉬웠지만 얼마후면 바로 앞에 주차장이 더 생기니 다음번 여행할땐 더 편리할 듯합니다.. 다음에 제주오면 다시들러볼 생각입니다...가족들과 편리하게 이용하기 좋을것 같아요.. 바로 앞이 바다라면 더 좋겠지만.바다와도 얼마 멀지 않아...장소 불편함 없습니다. 주변인들께도 좋았다고 이야기 하고 있어요..

근처에 식당가가 확실히 많아요 조식도 가격대비 괜찮습니다. 그외의 부대시설은 따로 없는 것이나 마찬가지에요. 확실히 호텔 내 식당가에 가장 신경 쓴 느낌입니다. 가성비 좋지만 근처 식당 이용객들이 주차하고 오전 조식 이용객들이 주차해서 주차는 확실히 힘들어요ㅠㅠ
