One thing I admire most of Tiffany Hotel is the honesty that their staff had shown. I left my necklace in the room which I didn't even know that I was not able to wear it before we left for a city tour. I was surprised when their staff handed to me upon our arrival. Overall, our stay at Tiffany Hotel was memorable and we will definitely come back and stay here again the next time we visit Ilocos Norte.

Good budget hotel but no elevator”
Pros - great location, easy access to public transportation, walking to distance to almost everywhere in Laoag (Sinking Bell Tower, Provincial Capitol, Ilocos Museum, SM, Puregold, restaurants, etc), friendly and attentive staff, good restaurant (Macy's Diner) on the ground floor, big room, clean and insect-free, good water pressure, very affordable Con - no elevator so be prepared to take the stairs, noisy room due to traffic outside (bring earplugs)

Great stay & value for money”
The hotel is basic accommodation but great value for money. the location is the most convenient to the Laoag monuments and buses to PagudPud and Vigan. the staff was efficient and helpful. my luggage was kept safe while I checked out for a few days. the restaurant was great. Nice HOT water showers, which in Philippines hotels cannot be taken for granted. Many good TV channels in rooms. good wifi available in restaurant. still available along stairways but NOT in room. on the critical side, the hotel has a pleasant retro-50s feel but the rooms are small and some of the fixtures (especially the bathroom fixtures) could use upgrading...

My friends and i, enjoyed our short stay here in the hotel especially the food that they serve on their unique restaurant theme and it has clean room and bathroom. i hope to stay here again because the price is cheap and affordable for budget travelers like us. i recommed this hotel to everyone who wants a convenient place to stay in Laoag. Laoag is a very nice place to visit.

Centrally located”
Hotel Tiffany is just walking distance to the Capitol. The staff helped us carry our luggages to our room since the hotel doesn't have elevators. A water dispenser for both hot and cold water is available so no need to buy bottled water. Macy's diner is beside the hotel. Jollibee and Max's are also on the same street as the hotel. Hotel is also near the bus station going to Pagudpud.

Good Value for Money”
I was honestly surprised upon entering our room, I’ve been to other Hotels with the same price and have really learned not to expect much. But our room was more than spacious enough for the price we paid. The Aircon in the room was also ok, they only provided one Keycard so it worried me that the Aircon will take a while to cool the room. But it did cool the room fast enough. I guess the only Con I can say about the Hotel is that they still use the standard door knob on their rooms. Which will make you worry about your belongings when you’re not around. This including their warning sign behind the doors about the Hotel not being liable if something does goes missing. They don’t have any guard at the front door, they do have a lot of CCV monitors on the front desk. Overall it’s worth the money, and not that expensive for a comfotable and spacious room.

Affordable hotel at a great location”
Good stay. Richard at the front desk was very accommodating. He let us keep our luggage at the hotel after check out so we didn't have to lug our stuff while sightseeing. I left my shawl in the room after checkout, they found it and returned it to me. Hotel was at a perfect spot, walking distance to laoag sites and commercial areas. Room was big/spacious. Wifi available. No elevators in this hotel, pls take note if traveling with people who have difficulty walking/ climbing stairs. Amenities can be improved. The sheets were so thin they have holes in them already, need to be replaced. Pillows were lumpy. And a cockroach greeted me when I entered the room. Good enough for a short stay considering the price.

Great location”
My over all experience was great. The Hotel was easy to find right at center of everything. The staff are approachable and kind! The Hotel's motiff of 60's - 70's makes it very interesting, especially Macy's Diner...feels like traveling back in time. The room was well kept, colorful, clean and tidy... I don't expect much because of the price range, but was surprised that it looks good and the rooms are spacious. Agoda reviews help me a lot in choosing the right hotel so I'm doing the same thing!

badly needs an elevator...”
We booked this hotel a month before arrival. When I found out that they do not have an elevator, I specifically requested via their website to put us in the lower floors. They never replied. I called them up via landline to request for airport transfer but they said they're charging 450 per way but they suggested that we take the free shuttle from airport to downtown wherein you will step right off in front of the hotel. Thankful for that. Arrived at the hotel and guess what, we were placed on the 4th floor. Never bothered to follow up on the email because I thought it wouldn't be much of a hassle to walk up and down. But it was tiring. REALLY tiring and exhausting since the stairs steps are sooo steep. I have a photo attached which showed the elderly guests almost giving up onto the 2nd floor. One elderly man (as shown on the pic) even stopped in the middle to rest not even reaching the 2nd floor yet. I really pity them. Imagine us on the 4th floor! Room was small, but ok. somewhat clean. They only provide 1 pillow but we requested for extra pillows from the bellboy and it was ok. But their bathroom has a small sink and it was impossible to wash your face on it because the platform where you place the toothbrushes, etc. (don't know what it's called) will hit your forehead. Shower has loose handle and it it won't close you have to estimate if it's already off otherwise you will rotate it endlessly.. They should do something about it. Towels are as rough and hard as a body scrub. Painful to wipe your face using it. Restaurant at the ground floor, Macy's is the best. I love everything about it.. the ambiance, the waiting time if perfect, the food choices is amazing. Staff are very friendly, suggestive of where to eat after 8pm, etc. Overall, might come back again only if they assure that I'd be placed on the 2nd floor since they DO NOT REPLY to emails. Room Tip: DEMAND for lower rooms especially if you have elderly or kids with you.

We enjoyed our stay. Though we only stayed for a night they flexed to our needs. Some staff were not as friendly as the others but there were no serious bad customer service. The hotel was cheap so if you're on a budget but would still want a comfortable accommodation, then i would recommend hotel tiffany. What I liked most about it is that you can majority of the establishments are walking distance.

Our stay in the hotel was just okay”
Our stay at the hotel was just okay. Thanks to agoda, we were able to get the room at a low rate compared to the hotel price. The rooms we rented was good for three person (junior suite). Based off on the room name, "suite" we were under the impression that the room had a minibar, coffee maker etc..anything that a suite room has, but the room only had a bed, cable tv, shower and thats it. It would be best if the hotel change the way they call thier rooms so as not to create confusion. The staff were friendly, except that they gave us a wrong information about the airport bus schedule. They told us thay theres a airport bus shuttle for free (city to airport) at 5pm at the capitol. When we went there, the person incharge said that the bus already left at 4pm and theres no 5pm sched. We were so frustrated by this -- so we ended up taking the tricycle to the airport instead with a price of 150pesos. The tricycle was the only transportation available in the city.

Average but decent enough ”
We stayed at the "Junior Suite" of Hotel Tiffany, which is unfortunately right beside the reception desk, so it was quite noisy. Due to construction work on the front staircase, we were also rudely awaken at 7am by the sound of jackhammers. The room itself was clean, shower was basic but hot, although water pressure was average. An overall safe, solid choice, no-frills, and just fine if you keep your expectations low.

Generally my stay in the hotel is Satisfactory. breakfast should start at 6AM for early travelers. The staff were cooperative. The rooms should be sound proof so that the voice of the passers-by outside the room can not be heard inside while sleeping. The location of the hotel is accessible within the city.

I enjoyed my stay at Tiffin Lodge. Check in and out was easy. The staff were more than accommodating. My room 204 was very clean. I would stay there again. It is located on a busy street so be prepared for the traffic noise in the morning. But that didn't bother me. Others who are sensitive to that might ask for a room not facing the street.

Disappointed”
Our stay was disappointing because all I requested when I booked the hotel more than a month ago was not granted, like a room in a lower level because I have a senior citizen with me, and yet we got a room in the 4th floor without elevator!!!! The water flow in the toilet flush was also slow so you cannot use it often. The free airport shuttle was only one way and its from the local government and not from the hotel.
