Situated just 100 metres from Dili Beach, this hotel offers a bar, restaurant and a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. Timor Leste Wharf is just 90 metres away and restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes’ walk. All air conditioned accommodation includes a TV, minibar and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room and suite has a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Some rooms also include a sofa or CD player. The Hotel Timor Restaurant offers an à la carte menu with Portugese influences and the snack bar serves sandwiches, chips and beverages. Buffet breakfast is available and includes continental options and Asian cuisine. Guests can relax with a cocktail at the pool-side bar or visit the on-site gift shop. Local activities include swimming, fishing and diving. Hotel Timor is located in the centre of Dili, 10 minutes’ drive from Nicolau Lobato International Airport. It is 15 minutes’ walk from Timor Crocs National Stadium.

Great hotel in the heart of Dili”
Hotel Timor is located in heart of Dili. It is the perfect location for most business trips to Dili. The hotel offers a decent breakfast and features a nice lounge. The check-in and check-out procedure is quick. Great hotel for a reasonable price.

Reasonable and no complaints”
A Good location in Dili, the capital city of Timor-Leste. Clean and safe. Quite limit of breakfast but acceptable. Their coffee is good. Free wi-fi but you have to ask the front desk to issue the slip. The slip says it costs $25 but the front desk crew didn't explain it is included in the room charge. Internet speed was quite fast and no interruptions. Overall evaluation is good and this is one of the best hotels in Dili. Maybe I would stay this hotel if I visit Dili again.

The hotel is very pleasant and is located in downtown Dili. The national museum and a supermarket are in walking distance. Very friendly staff. Highly recommndable.

The historical Hotel in Timor Leste. ”
The Hotel Timor has done some interior "facelift" and it looks grand and very homey. The food is mix between Portuguese and Timorese food however no room service is available at the hotel. In overall, Hotel Timor might sound bit expensive but since is a relatively new country that it still worth as value for money.

when on business this is a greta option for a hotel, centrally located, clean and effective layout. the restaurant only opens at 19 pm which was a bit late to my taste. other than that the food was good and they have a nice wine selection. i will be back.

As Timor Leste is a young nation-state, I understand the service industries are still under development. But please inform the request done previous night to the staff working next morning. Be careful for mosquito in the room.

Hotel is located opposite the very noisy container harbor in center of Dili, which if your room is located at the street-side, will keep you awake due to excessive noise. Dinner choices are restricted. Hotel rooms very basic. Staff at check-in was unfriendly - which is surprising, given most other staff were good.

For $100/day you would not have to accept; extremely noisy room at night due to container shipping and cargo work in nearby harbor from evening to morning; only half cleaned rooms; one $5 dollar cent bar of soap for everything; unfriendly check-in staff; and for other older guests - no elevator to higher floors.

this place is dated....no elevator or even anyone to bother to assist. TV was from the 1980's with snowy reception air-con barely worked and we were basically ignored when we complained free breakfast was average the first day, worse the second some staff not friendly--like you were bothering them to speak
