A hotel with great heated pool”
I went in February when it was still quite chilly. So, we looked for a place with a heated pool and ended up at Toscana. It was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and clean with a view of the ocean in the distance and the pool was great.

I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT THAT THE HOTEL ROOM IS BIG AND HAD SUFFICIENT CARPARK SPACE FOR EVERYONE. THOUGH THE LOCATION LOOKS QUITE BUT I BELIEVED JEJU REQUIRES US TO DRIVE HENCE I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY FRIENDS. THE STAFF ALSO DID WELL IN CLEANING UP OUR ROOM EACH DAY. The room was very comfy and I had a good time in Toscana. The hotel locates in a very quite area, which is awesome for getaway. It takes around five mins to walk down the hill and get to the bus station.

Located at the south of Jeju, it was a long drive from airport. The hotel is pretty much amazing if you are there to chill and stay in the whole time. Love the room! And the fact that there weren't many people, makes sleep much better after a long day.

I arrived late and night and left early in the morning hence did not explore the restaurant/ hotel facilities. However the location is great that it’s near the yeongsil entrance of Hallasan. Very tranquil place that’s off the main street.

I was going with my husband on a special trip. We come from far so we know it had to be a good place. I loved the view and the pictures from the hotel especially the pool. I packed so many swimming outfits to find out the pool was closed. It was so hot outside for the pool to be closed. I didn't even receave a warning about the pool situation. My husband was really disappointed. Also, the hotel looked really lonely, like no one was there. It was quiet and clean but the staff were not welcoming at all. Very disappointed about this place. Requested a refund to book another hotel.

It's a good hotel, modern, the size of presidential suit is good, the problems are no enough staff, swimming pool was not actively work ( may be because of the weather or no enough staff), they don't have a 24 hours full enough service and the restaurant only open for breakfast with poor menu specially for foreigner people.

Good and clean rooms; only the bathtub design could be better as the glass doesnt help to prevent water from splashing out (too short). English speaking staff is limited.

Only Good if wanting seclusion”
Picture and wording online are miss leading looks and sounds better online that actual. There are no restarants near by, at least 5 miles away and the restaurant at hotel was closed. Only breakfast in morning and that maybe good for Korean, but there is no bacon or sauage. Room was ok. Even the local GS25 did not have wine.. something i would think is standard for a romantic get away.
