The apartment is very conveniently located near the main street (less than 30 seconds walk) where there are convenient stores and many shops and restaurants which are open until late. Washing machine is provided with detergent, as well as a bathroom that can turn into a dryer was helpful in washing clothes. Garments steamer/iron is provided. Kitchenette is nice to have but we did not cook while we were there. Room is a little bit dusty but nothing major. Overall we loved our stay at the apartment.

Really wonderful location. No keys but passcodes to enter premises and room. Which I find to be nice since I don't have to carry and worry about losing the keys. Room was clean, the kitchenette is kind useless because it was literally right next to the bed. But great toiletries, wonderful informative booklet to tell you how to use the stuff in the room as well as recommendations about the shops around you. Love the washer and drying fan in the bath. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

Mapcode does not work on Google Map hence is was quite challenging to pin the reception office. Not to mention, the street view does not have the updated image of urbansea office. Location coordinates: 26.2187970, 127.6857910 The staff at the reception office was helpful and explained the route to take to the apartment.

Great Location”
Very close to International Boulevard. The room is clean with a nice bed and good facilities. The only downside is that we had to check in at a different location and then walk for about 10 minutes to the hotel with all our luggage. Not a big deal, though. The excellent location makes up for this. I would stay there again.

It was a great property with one significant problem”
It was a wonderful place with a great location. The only issue we had was that as you enter the room you get a strong whoff of something very musty or moldy. We were under the conclusion it was either the toilet or the washing machine. What ever it was, a good dosing of bleach is needed. Other than that we really liked the place.

チェックインカウンターの場所が違うことが事前に連絡がなかった。鍵を持って来てくれとお願いしたら、迎えの車だけ来させ、なんの説明なしに連れていかれました。部屋も、エアコンの調整が難しく、風邪をひきました。

ロケーション抜群”
チェックインと宿泊の場所が違い、見落とすと大変ですか、それ以外はすべてよかったです。利便性のよい場所で、買い物も観光もしやすく、部屋は広くてバストイレ別でベッドも大きかった。飲食街のエリアなのでうるさいかと思ったけども、全く騒音もなく快適すぎました。

2名で予約したのですが、バスタオルやフェイスタオルが４枚ずつありました！！ 夜と朝お風呂で使用する際に、同じタオルを使いたくない派だったので、とても嬉しかったです。

紙スリッパが非常に履きにくい。 それ以外はコスパや立地も良く、何の不満もないくらい良かったです。 特に洗濯機と強力な浴室乾燥が便利でした。

料金とのバランス”
安かったのは良かった。 バスタオル・タオルは、何泊しても1枚を使い回す為に毎日洗濯が必要。 乾燥機能がついてはいるが、なかなか乾かなくて困った。 4泊5日、家族4人で2万5千円しなかったので、その分リッチな食事を楽しめたのは助かった。 あと、外からドアを開けると視線を遮るものがないので、ワンクッションあれば尚良し。 タオルかけや簡易タオル干しも欲しいところ。 値段とのバランスは納得ではある。
