If you book an accomodation on this booking site and at the hotel they ask for a price which is 20% higher, then i simply can't recommend this place. It's probably a miscommunication between Agoda and this hotel, but if the hotel insists to pay the higher price even after showing the booking confirmation....well decide for yourself whether or not you think it's customer friendly or not.
